Matthew Fox's Columbia speech - VIDEO
As you may remember from an earlier post, Lost actor Matthew Fox was asked to be the keynote speaker at Columbia College Class Day at Columbia University. While Fox is an alumnus of the university, some graduating students were disappointed with the choice. The actor had the chance to win over his critics on Tuesday, and appears to have succeeded.
The speech itself was humorous, inspirational, and engaging. Fox even poked fun at a graduate who had told the student newspaper that she had never heard of him.
Video of Fox's speech is available after the jump.
Evangeline Lilly's Letterman appearance - VIDEO
Evangeline Lilly appeared on the Late Show with David Letterman last night, and the interview was much more casual and entertaining than her Good Morning America appearance. CBS has an excerpt of the interview on its website, and the full interview is available below.
The actress discusses her experiences as a flight attendant (one of her many previous jobs), and the aftermath of her highly publicized house fire. No up-to-date questions about Lost were answered, since David Letterman is apparently not a dedicated viewer (he thought the hatch was still around). The appearance has some funny moments, including a bit involving Lilly's request for a blanket.
The complete video follows after the jump.
