LuAnn de Lesseps was certainly able to surprise her boyfriend, and all their guests, for their anniversary yacht party on the season finale of 'The Real Housewives of New York City' (Thu., 10PM ET on Bravo). Natalie Cole was in attendance, and had even agreed to do a duet with LuAnn.

The pair had met only a few days before at the studio where LuAnn was working on her own music, which apparently Cole is a fan of. Huh. Really? That's something.

Anyway, Cole agreed to sing at the anniversary party, but only if LuAnn sang with her. What followed then was certainly exciting for Jacques, but odd to listen to. The pair tackled Nat King Cole's 'L-O-V-E' and to say there was a difference in their vocal ability would be a massive understatement.

By the time shooting day came for LuAnn's new music video for 'Chic, C'est La Vie' on 'The Real Housewives of New York City' (Thu., 10PM ET on Bravo), it was down to LuAnn, Jill and Kelly who were still willing to appear in the video.

The women, nevertheless had a lot of fun, though it seemed to drive the director crazy. The Countess hung on to some advice she'd received in the past to "just go in there and do it."

That meant no script and very little preparation. Which meant the director had to do a lot of heavy lifting to keep things running smoothly and making any sort of sense, particularly with Jill. It was great that Jill was so excited to be there, but she clearly was trying too hard and perhaps not taking it seriously enough at the same time.

Well! After all the fussing, feuding and fighting, the 'Real Housewives' season ends here. And it ends with two women who seem to hate each other deciding to hug and make nice.

This is the last installment of 'The Real Housewives of New York' reunion special (Thu., 9PM ET on Bravo). Naturally, some weirdness happened. In fact, the show was so odd that it forced us to ask a bunch of important philosophical questions. Like, was what we saw before all a mirage? And what is reality, anyway?

Previously, Jill and Bethenny got into such a big fight that Jill stormed out of the room. This was followed by another Bethenny-related fight where Kelly stormed out of the room. But now, apparently, it's all good. The women suddenly decide to make up, while hanging out in their strange pink couch-filled reunion room.

Jill and Beth "hug it out," and Jill says this: "I really miss you ... it's not bullsh#t." Um, say what now? Have we been watching the same show? Don't you guys hate each other?

It's time for part two of 'The Real Housewives of New York' reunion special (Mon., 9PM ET on Bravo). If you were paying attention for part one, you might recall that both Jill and Bethenny acted crazy. In fact, Bethenny was so mean that Jill ended up storming off of the set.

Now ... on to part two! Who will act insane this time around?

It's the season-ending episode of 'The Real Housewives of New York City' (Thu., 10PM ET on Bravo). And to end the show, LuAnn de Lesseps decides to sing us off with a performance of her (let's face it) awful song 'Money Can't Buy You Class."

A very public location didn't keep housewives Bethenny Frankel and LuAnn de Lesseps from engaging in a verbal smackdown. On last night's 'The Real Housewives of New York City' (Thu., 10PM ET on BRAVO), LuAnn tried to keep things nice -- briefly.

LuAnn: Let's talk about it later.
Bethenny: What, are we at church? We're at a fashion show.

Bethenny didn't hold back, saying, "I'm telling you to your face -- I don't like you, I don't trust you and I think you're a snake." And she wasn't finished.

It wouldn't be 'The Real Housewives of New York City' (Thu., 11PM on Bravo) without some bickering between our favorite New York socialites.

After a divorce, LuAnn De Lesseps is no longer a countess. While attending a boat party, LuAnn got into a heated war of words with the bug-eyed hostess, Ramona Singer.

LuAnn got offended when Ramona's husband reportedly referred to her as "countless" and Ramona took issue with LuAnn's continued badgering.

Just another day on the yacht for these ladies.

"Ramona's way too freaking old to be wearing a bikini," declares Jill Zarin, rolling her eyes. (Truer words have never been uttered.) And so begins season three of 'The Real Housewives of New York City.'

The relatively uneventful (you might even say disappointing) premiere opened on a yacht Ramona had borrowed from a friend for a day of "girls only" fun. In true 'Housewives' fashion, the event quickly evolved into an emotional roller coaster as Ramona, who, after likening her newly shorn self to a "younger Cameron Diaz," laughed, cried, yelled and pouted while the boat putted along some Hamptons' waterway.

Noticeably absent was Bethenny, who, after a major falling out with Jill over what seems to be nothing more than a misunderstanding, was busy posing naked on a Manhattan rooftop for an "I'd rather go naked than wear fur" PETA ad. "I was BFFs with Bethenny" fumed Jill "but she didn't deserve me as a friend."

You can breath a sigh of relief now. Each and every one of The Real Housewives of New York City are coming back for Season 3. There, don't you feel better? After speculation that Bethenny was going off to do her own show and a rumor that Kelly wasn't invited back, Bravo has wrangled Jill Zarin, Ramona Singer, Alex McCord, Kelly Killoren Bensimon and Countess LuAnn de Lesseps for another installment of the Real Housewives.

The ladies of The Real Housewives of New York City are, needless to say, a colorful bunch. The Bravo franchise seems to have hit its stride, with each cast of Housewives providing their own flavor. But in comparison to Orange County and Atlanta, the ladies of New York seem especially weird. Perhaps it's apropos to their all living in a city with crazy people at every corner, but whatever the case may be, these gals are bonkers.

Sure, the show may just be a well-delivered product of sneaky producers and menacing editors, but somebody's doing something right in bringing out the bizarre nuances of Jill, LuAnn, Alex, Ramona, and Bethenny - although she, of the whipsmart one-liners and catchphrases, seems to be the crowd favorite (judging by ... conversations I've had with people).

Well, ain't that a kick in the head? The Real Wives of New York has one less wife on the roster, so it seems. Luann deLesseps has been dumped. The Countess deLesseps -- as she prefers to be called – and her rarely seen Count of a hubby, Alex, have apparently broken up.

While I take no joy in anybody's marriage breaking up, this news is especially ironic in light of this season of Bravo's Real Wives of New York City. Not only has Luann been particularly overconfident about the right way to do things, but she was also prickly as a pear when another wife, Ramona Singer, observed that the Count was twice as old as Luann. The Countess went off like a firecracker when she heard that, and she was not forgiving of Ramona when she offered an apology.
