Chelsea Handler Asks Miss Piggy About Sex With Kermit (VIDEO)

by Jason Hughes, posted Nov 22nd 2011 3:30AM
Miss Piggy of the Muppets, 'Chelsea Lately'This is the way we like our Muppets. They need to be interacting with the real world as if they are real themselves. So why not have them hit the promotional circuit just as much as Jason Segel to promote their new movie, as Miss Piggy does here on 'Chelsea Lately' (Weeknights, 11PM ET on E!).

Of course, this is Chelsea Handler, so the questions inevitably turned to sex. But when Handler wanted to know how far she and Kermit had gone, Piggy proved a master at interviews, by cleverly evading the question. It's a completely inappropriate question, after all, and more importantly -- we don't really want to know the answer!

The coolest thing ever you'll see today: the Muppets channel Queen

by Danny Gallagher, posted Nov 24th 2009 7:30PM
I'm am an unabashed fan of the Muppets and it doesn't matter than I'm 29. It might matter to mature single ladies and gym meatheads who can beat me to a bloody pulp with their eyelids, but that's beside the point.

I don't care. They were funny when I was a growing toddler still learning how to say my ABCs and they are still funny now that I'm an adult who cannot say my ABCs backwards convincingly enough to prove my sobriety. So just imagine my joy when this video surfaced of the fuzzy funnies doing their rendition of Queen's "Bohemian Rhapsody".

Never change, Sylvia Browne

by Eliot Glazer, posted Aug 2nd 2009 7:02PM
sylvia browneSylvia Browne has been around forever. That's not to say she's immortal (although, hey, maybe she'll argue you on that one), but the self-proclaimed clairvoyant is a longtime fixture of the talk TV circuit, having appeared on many a Montel, Sally Jesse Raphael, and Larry King Live. As a skeptic might expect from someone who claims to see ghosts and spirits and all that celestial hooey (no offense, believers!), Browne is, indeed, quite a character.

The Muppets at the SmithsonianI knew they'd end up there sooner or later. On Saturday, the Smithsonian Institution in Washington unveiled its latest exhibit: "Jim Henson's Fantastic World."

The exhibit features 14 of Henson's Muppet creations, including Bert and Ernie, Kermit the Frog, and others from the long-running Sesame Street. The exhibit is scheduled to remain at the Smithsonian until October, then leaves on a three-year tour to seven other cities.

Kermit The Frog turns 50

by Bob Sassone, posted Aug 11th 2005 3:44PM

Kermit The FrogWow, it seems like only yesterday that Kermit was...well, actually, to be honest, I never gave a second thought about what his "age" "really" "was." He's just green felt controlled by someone else's hands and I never really thought he was any age. But he turns 50 next month, and he gives an interview to the AP about hitting the half century mark and also plugs the new Muppet Show DVDs.

He doesn't get into any of his past adventures, like that affair with Liza Minnelli or his stay in rehab, but he does mention having exotic strippers at his party. LeBlanc, are you listening?
