With the Emmy awards just days away, I'm continuing to pick who I think should and who I think will win the major awards.

Yesterday, I discussed the Best Lead Actor in a Comedy category. Today we start looking at the big two awards, beginning with Best Drama.

Nominees:
'Breaking Bad'
'Dexter'
'Lost'
'Mad Men'
'The Good Wife'
'True Blood'

Who will win: I don't think that the Academy voters would put 'Lost' in this category, especially since they stopped nominating it giving them the prize after its first season, unless they intended on giving it the award. This has happened before when a well-regarded, long-running series ends; 'Hill Street Blues' took home a U-Haul full of awards after its last season in 1987, for instance. And 'Lost' has been such a part of the cultural conversation since its debut that the Academy would be hard pressed to give it to another show. Think of this as more of a Lifetime Achievement award than an award for anything in 'Lost''s final season.
