Bob Harper Reveals He Did a 'Playboy' Photo Shoot With Jenny McCarthy (VIDEO)

by Jason Hughes, posted Sep 14th 2011 3:56AM
Bob Harper, 'The Tonight Show with Jay Leno'Bob Harper revealed a secret on 'The Tonight Show' (Weeknights, 11:35PM ET on NBC), when he told a story he'd never told to anyone before. It involved him participating in a nude photo shoot for 'Playboy' magazine.

Years ago, in anticipation of her photo spread in 'Playboy,' Jenny McCarthy called up her favorite trainer and asked him to pose in the photos with her. According to Harper, she told him she needed a man in the photos and she wanted it to be him.

After some convincing, she got him to show up, but he refused to strip beyond his boxer shorts. Hilariously, when Leno showed the photos, all you could see of Harper was his arm in one shot, or his back and part of one leg in another. He's the ultimate extra!

Whoopi Goldberg Apologizes to Former Hugh Hefner Fiancee Crystal Harris (VIDEO)

by Nick Zaino, posted Jul 25th 2011 6:45PM
Whoopi Goldberg apologizes to Crystal Harris on 'The View' When Crystal Harris called off her wedding to Playboy founder Hugh Hefner last month, she earned the nickname "Runaway Bride" and the ire of Hefner's good friend, Whoopi Goldberg. Monday on 'The View' (weekdays, syndicated on ABC), Goldberg apologized to Harris for judging her before she had heard the full story, which Harris detailed on the show.

Contrary to some reports, Harris did not leave Hefner on the altar, she said. The pair had spoken five days before the wedding was to have taken place, and ended the relationship by mutual agreement. "He actually said that he was only doing it for me," said Harris of the wedding. "He didn't really want to get married either." Harris didn't have sneakers on under her dress, ready to run from the ceremony, she said.

Toni Braxton, 'Braxton Family Values'The 'Braxton Family Values' (Wed., 9PM ET on WE) were put to the test this week when Toni Braxton revealed to her family that she'd agreed to pose nude for 'Playboy' magazine. She got support from some sides, and less from others.

"I think a lot of men will have problems with that," her mother told her. She went on to explain in a confessional that "No man wants his wife, his girlfriend, or his potential wife or girlfriend to be naked in front of other men."

After a little bit of arguing back and forth, Toni finally shut it down. "I'm Toni Braxton, b****," she declared, "I don't care what other people think. It's about what I think about myself."

Ralph Macchio Swears He Hasn't Peeked at His 'DWTS' Partner Karina Smirnoff's 'Playboy' Issue (VIDEO)

by Jason Hughes, posted May 6th 2011 2:29AM
Ralph Macchio, 'The Tonight Show with Jay Leno'Ralph Macchio has proven to be a pretty good dancer on this season's 'Dancing With the Stars' (Weeknights, 11:35PM ET on ABC). We're sure he would attribute a lot of his success to his professional partner Karina Smirnoff.

The two have grown very close throughout the season, which may be why he could barely look at her on the cover of 'Playboy' on 'The Tonight Show' (Weeknights, 11:35PM ET on NBC).

There are nude pictures of the dancer inside as well, but Macchio indicated he hasn't seen them. "I'm not saying there won't be a day," he admitted. "But I have sort of this big brother, sister relationship with her."

Will 'DWTS' Producers Fire Karina Smirnoff After She Posed for 'Playboy'?

by PopEater Staff, posted Apr 8th 2011 8:00AM

Karina Smirnoff's future on 'Dancing With the Stars' could be uncertain after Hugh Hefner announced on Wednesday that she had posed nude for the May issue of 'Playboy' magazine.

"If Karina posed naked, she can kiss her dancing days goodbye," a 'DWTS' insider told Popeater immediately after hearing of Hef's announcement on Twitter. "I hope for Karina's sake that this isn't true."

Oh, but it looks to be true as Us Weekly says they've confirmed, though Karina's rep has yet to respond and ABC told me they weren't commenting. In the meantime, the sexy dancer will continue to wow audiences each week with surprise favorite 'Karate Kid' Ralph Macchio. However, the biggest surprise is going to come later this month when the May issue of Playboy hits newsstands.

Kendra Wilkinson on the Brett Favre Scandal, 'Sexual Frustration'Playboy model and former 'Girl Next Door' Kendra Wilkinson appeared on 'Chelsea Lately' (weeknights, 11PM ET on E!). On the show, the reality starlet discussed sex after having a baby, and life with a long-distance husband.

Kendra is married to NFL wide receiver Hank Baskett. But when the pair got married, Hank played for the Philadelphia Eagles. Hank currently plays for the Minnesota Vikings -- meaning that he lives far, far away from his wife and baby son.

Quarterback Brett Favre is Baskett's teammate in Minnesota. So host Chelsea Handler gave out some advice. Handler told her guest to avoid a second Brett Favre scandal -- she said Kendra's hubby should never send any photos of his penis. Kendra promised to stay away from the photos ... but seemed less worried about sending sexy videos.

Does Kim Kardashian Have a Legal Case Against Playboy? 'America Live' Panel Debates (VIDEO)

by Jeremy Taylor, posted Sep 10th 2010 4:30PM
Does Kim Kardashian have a legal leg to stand on in her fight to prevent Playboy from publishing previously unseen nude pictures of her from a photo shoot three years ago?

That was a topic of discussion Friday afternoon on 'America Live' (Weekdays, 1 PM ET on Fox News).

"It comes down to the bare facts -- no cover up -- on the contract and the clauses in the contract," was legal analyst Lis Wiehl's take. "Is there a time limitation on the contract? Is there a method of means limitation on the contract?"

"If the lawyer that made that contract for her three years ago did not put those kind of constraints in there," Wiehl continued. "(Kardashian) is looking at another lawsuit --and that would be malpractice with the lawyer who formed that contract."

Defense attorney Mark Eiglarsh seemed surprised Kardashian would consider a suit at all:

"Let me just make sure ... This is the same Kim Kardashian featured in that sex tape playing naked leap frog? I just want to make sure -- that shy meek young lady."

Yup, same one.

Wild Animals on 'How'd You Get So Rich' (VIDEO)

by Oliver Miller, posted May 6th 2010 3:35AM
Wild Animals on 'How'd You Get So Rich'Host Joan Rivers returns for the second season of 'How'd You Get So Rich' (Wed., 10PM ET on TV Land). The show explores the lives of self-made millionaires. On the premiere episode, Rivers goes to Austin, Texas, where she visits John Paul DeJoria. A former gang member, DeJoria was living in his car in 1980 when he teamed up with Paul Mitchell. The pair created the Paul Mitchell hair product line and made, well, a lot of money. In fact, DeJoria is currently worth about 4 billion dollars.

DeJoria is now married to a former 'Playboy' model and owns 11 houses. One of his homes is a sprawling hundred acre ranch in Texas. He uses the ranch as a wildlife preserve to help endangered animals. There are 135 animals from 12 different species on his estate.

Rivers tours the ranch, and wants to know if she can walk around with the animals. Unfortunately, DeJoria informs her that they are still "wild animals," and are fairly dangerous. Too bad. Seeing Rivers hang out with some Wildebeests would have been interesting, to say the least.
