Ron Jeremy Talks the Current State of Porn on 'The Green Room' (VIDEO)
by Chris Harnick, posted Jul 9th 2010 10:35AM
Ron Jeremy popped up in the audience of 'The Green Room With Paul Provenza' (Thu., 10:30PM on Showtime) and David Feldman wasted no time asking the porn actor about the industry. Feldman said he had issues with the use of the f-word. "I was watching one of your movies with my family and the language ..." Feldman said.
Then, Jeremy talked about the evolution of porn flicks, especially how the dialogue and plots evolved. "When it went video, the plot was, 'Here's a cup of coffee, eat me.' There's your dialogue."
Spartacus gets fake dongs, but not Hung?
by Jason Hughes, posted Jul 30th 2009 8:00PM
I love how blunt executive producer Steven DeKnight is about the usage of a male prosthetic on his new Starz series Spartacus: Blood and Sand, as Joel mentioned in his report last night . "Some guys aren't as well-endowed as other guys," he says. I wonder if they were inspired by Watchmen, or made to feel comparatively inadequate to Dr. Mammoth. What's odd to me is that while Spartacus has put thought into the fact that male nudity is a part of their world and addressed it in this manner, no one has come up with a prosthetic for Thomas Jane in Hung over at HBO. Isn't his dong the centerpiece of the whole show? Or maybe he doesn't need one *nudge* *nudge* *wink* *wink*.
Surreal Life all-stars compete in 'Fame Games'
by Anna Johns, posted Dec 14th 2006 11:23AM
Because they lost their dignity long ago, the most popular "stars" from VH1's The Surreal Life are reuniting for a competition that will determine who is most famous. Hosted by Robin Leach, who also has no self respect, the contestants will compete in weekly single-elimination games that determine their level of fame. Games include "Paparazzi Hide-and-Seek", Scandal Video Film Festival", and "Hotel Room Trash-a-Thon". As is customary for The Surreal Life, all the contestants will live in the same house. Only, their success at the Fame Games will determine whether they live on the A-list side of the house where they eat gourmet meals and are pampered, or on the B-list side with a ping pong table and crackers.Celebs signed up for The Surreal Life Fame Games are: Brigitte Nielsen, Chyna Doll, Vanilla Ice, Pepa, Emmanuel Lewis, C.C. DeVille, Ron Jeremy, Jordan Knight, Verne Troyer, Andrea Lowell and Tracy Bingham. The new season begins January 7 at 9 pm on VH1.
