Remember when you were 16 and you were excited to be able to sit behind the wheel of anything at all? Well, Samantha Patridge doesn't need to worry about that. Big sister Audrina Patridge and the whole family threw her a surprise party on 'Audrina' (Sun., 9PM ET on VH1).

When Audrina drove Sammi up to the house, the lawn was filled with her friends and loved ones, while the house was adorned with banners proclaiming her Sweet 16 for all to see. But the surprises didn't end there.

Papa Patridge covered Sammi's eyes, but her ears could hear just fine as a new car pulled up blaring the horn.

"I own a Mercedes convertible," she said later, still smiling uncontrollably. "That's insane." We couldn't agree more.
