Convicted Serial Killer Appeared on 'The Dating Game'
by Danny Gallagher, posted Mar 15th 2010 8:02PM
This just in from our "Department of Stories That Will Keep You Up at Night By Reminding You that the World Can Be an Awful, Horrible, Rotten Place." We probably need to rework the title.
Rodney Alcala, a serial killer convicted for the deaths of four women and a child, appeared as "Bachelor No. 1" on a 1978 episode of 'The Dating Game' hosted by Jim Lange. And here's the most f-ed up part, he won!
Buzzerblog found the actual episode on YouTube, that never-ending fountain of "Keyboard Cat" entertainment, of Alcala competing for the heart of one Cheryl Bradshaw. CNN also talked to one of his fellow bachelors who described him as "obnoxious" and "creepy," which incidentally is how most people describe what it feels like to watch a full episode of 'The Dating Game.'

One of the most anticipated iPhone apps since the "iFart" has finally found its way to the App Store.
The official Dexter video game from Marc Ecko Entertainment and Icarus Studios finally made it to Apple's App Store yesterday after more than a year in anxious development. The game is also set to be released on the PC, as well, but a release date hasn't been officially set yet.
Dexter: There's Something About Harry

(S02E10) I could tell early on in this season that Harry just had to play a bigger part in the show ... eventually. Wouldn't you know it, it took only about a five-minute scene to spell everything out to Dexter as one big epiphany. It's interesting that it takes current-day observances for Dexter to understand things that happened in the past.
Dexter: Love American Style
by Keith McDuffee, posted Oct 29th 2006 11:01PM

(S01E05) Dexter finds that a semi end of the world would actually be better for him, being the only person left on the planet, not having to hide anymore. But wouldn't that leave him kinda bored? I mean, he'd have nobody left to kill.
Dexter: Let's Give the Boy a Hand

(S01E04) "I'm not the monster he wants me to be. So I'm neither man nor beast. I'm something new entirely, with my own set of rules.I'm Dexter.
Boo!"
Dexter's right about relationships. A relationship means picking up someone at an airport, doing things together ... and things can sometimes get ... messy. However, the messy parts of a relationship aren't exactly what a normal person considers messy.
