America's Got Talent: Performance show four

(S04E19) A few of you told me that I was wrong by claiming that last week's performance show was electrifying. I agree with you that we have seen much better performance shows in the past. However, when you compare the third performance show of the season with the two previous, you have to admit that it was the most electrifying.Save for a few of tonight's acts, such as Ishaara and Barbara, the third performance show is still the best performance show we've had so far this season.
My comments on the fourth performance show and my predictions coming up!

(S04E02) "I think you should both get in the suitcase and mail yourself home." - The Hoff to two "dancers" who used a suitcase to hide one of them as part of the actAfter last night's season premiere of America's Got Talent, some of the TV Squad readers chimed in with comments to let us know that they didn't like Nick Cannon much as host. At first, I thought he wasn't that bad, yet not that good.
After reading your comments and paying closer attention to him tonight, I must agree that he is not that good and that the camera focuses way too much on his off-stage, not-that-interesting reactions when it should focus on the performance. Let's hope he improves in time and that the writers give him better lines than those we heard Jerry say over and over again in the past seasons.
Are you ready for America's Got Talent to take over your summer?

"The biggest talent search in the history," as former America's Got Talent host Jerry Springer used to say over and over again, is beginning its fourth season on Tuesday.Judges David Hasselhoff, Sharon Osbourne and Piers Morgan will return to give their two cents about the acts performed on stage in front of them. One cast change is the arrival of Nick Cannon as host. Let's hope that Nick won't read the teleprompter too much and will have better interactions with the contestants than Springer did.

America's Got Talent: Season finale

(S02E11) After a summer long of talent search, performances, and wondering why Boy Shakira and Kashif made it so far in the competition, we finally learned who was crowned the winner of the second season of America's Got Talent. Last week, the Top 4 performed after which America was asked to vote for the winner. The predictions I made last week and the results of our TV Squad poll are the same. Here is how we see tonight's standings to be: - 1st place: Terry Fator
- 2nd place: Cas Haley
- 3rd place: Butterscotch
- 4th place: Julienne Irwin
If you don't want to be spoiled as to who won the grand prize, stay away from the rest of this post!
America's Got Talent: Final performances

(S02E10) Tonight, the Top 8 is cut down so only four of the performers remain. Last week, I wanted Terry Fator, Cas Haley, Butterscotch, and Julienne Irwin to make it to the Top 4. Per the votes cast in our last America's Got Talent poll, voters thought the following performers did best during the last installment: Terry Fator, Cas Haley, Butterscotch, and The Glamazons (however, the latter had only 1 vote difference with Julienne Irwin and 2 with Sideswipe). Tonight, the Top 4 performs twice. One performance is chosen by the judges and the other, by the contestants.
