What to Watch: TV Picks for October 24 - 30
by Stephanie Earp, posted Oct 24th 2011 11:30AM
Allen Gregory - Sunday October 30, 8:30PM ET/PT, Global/FoxTonight marks the series premiere of a new animated series with the sweetest timeslot of the week. Voiced by Jonah Hill and French Stewart, it combines plot elements form 'Family Guy,' 'My Two Dads' and oddly, 'Frasier.' Hill plays Allen Gregory, a super-smart home-school kid who gets plopped into public school when the economy goes south. He's a hopeless snob, but I think we're supposed to like him because hey, we like Stewie Griffin. And the good news is, 'Bob's Burgers' isn't canceled, it's just resting and will return eventually.
