'Greek' Set Visit: Stars Promise Love and War for Season 3.5
by Laura Prudom, posted Jan 22nd 2010 12:00PM
It's been a long winter break for fans of ABC Family's 'Greek.' When we last left Cyprus Rhodes, our favorite ZBZ sisters were feeling guilty over possibly burning down rival sorority Gamma Psi's house; nerdy BFFs Rusty and Dale were on the outs after competition for a research prize drove a battling-robot-sized wedge between theml and fraternities Omega Chi and Kappa Tau were once again at war after a prank gone wrong resulted in three KTs being expelled. Want to know how it all turns out? You'll have to tune in Jan. 25 at the show's new 10PM time slot to find out for sure, but in the meantime, check out AOL Television's exclusive visit to the 'Greek' set to see what's in store for the coming season, as we get the dirt from all your favorite brothers and sisters. Spoilerphobes, beware!

I don't know why Greek isn't talked about more. It seems to have everything all those other nighttime soaps have: a young cast, quirky characters, hip music. Maybe being on ABC Family means it gets lost in the shuffle.Last night's episode was actually a Thanksgiving episode (they're a little ahead of things I guess), with Casey and Rusty's parents going off to Maui and stranding them on campus. What did you think?

Jane After Dark: Sexy Samantha talking Greek in Scrubs
by Jane Boursaw, posted Sep 13th 2009 10:00AM
Several DVD sets came my way this week, so I did some marathon viewing sessions for Jane After Dark. I'm brand new to some of these, so you'll get the stark, raw newbie version. But I'll start with one I've watched since the beginning ... Dirty Sexy Money: The Complete Second and Final Season. I really liked this show at the beginning. It had all the elements of a great series, including excellent actors (starting with Donald Sutherland, Jill Clayburgh, and Peter Krause) and intriguing storylines with rich people, sex, murder, and mystery. But by the time they got to season two, the storylines just seemed to fizzle out. I would love to hear your thoughts on why Dirty Sexy Money didn't work. Crummy writing? Poor use of great actors? Too many characters to keep track of? Poor timing with the writer's strike occurring in the middle of its run, resulting in ten months between seasons?
Bonus features: Directing the Darlings (behind the scenes with director Jamie Babbit); A Total Knockout (a day in the life of Natalie Zea, who played Karen); Dirty Sexy Crafty (a featurette about the food on the set); Faux Pas (bloopers); deleted scenes.

Greek seems to be one of those shows that has a fairly big following but no one really talks about. Maybe it's because it's on ABC Family or maybe it's because there are other similar dramas on other networks that get more attention. But last night was the season finale of the show. So Casey has a lot to think about after...falling into a manhole?
The new season starts on Monday, August 31.

On last night's Greek, Max decided to get more serious with Casey, Rebecca got involved in a game, and Jordan and Rubin shared a common bond. I have no idea what any of that means since I don't watch the show. I copied it from the TV listings. But looking at the web site, it looks like the show uses some interesting music in their episodes. If you're a regular viewer, let us know how the episode was. And if you watched any of the 35 episodes of Roommates that were on after Greek last night, let us know that too.
Greek season two -- an early look

"Our friendship can be tested anywhere." - Rusty to CalvinSince it's July 9, 2007, premiere on ABC Family, Greek has been one of weekly TV guilty pleasures. I've been enjoying its light and fun stories as well as the evolving and imploding relationships and friendships between the characters.
Having had the chance to read a few spoilers about the upcoming season these past few weeks, it looked like Greek would be as fun to watch as it was in its first season. However, something can look good on paper and turn out quite differently on the screen. Luckily, it is not the case for Greek; at least not according to the season premiere, which I had the chance to watch.
Slight spoilers coming up!
ABC day 2: predictions on Isaiah, 24, Grammer & Trees come true - TCA report
by Michael Maloney, posted Jul 26th 2007 11:01PM
ABC crammed in eight (!) panels today on new and returning series as the TV Critics summer 2007 press tour -- finally -- came to an end.
As predicted in my preview story about today's sessions, Shonda Rhimes (Grey's Anatomy; Private Practice) was indeed asked about ex-GA cast member Isaiah Washington, who was canned last month by ABC and then scooped up by rival NBC for a role on Bionic Woman.
A reporter wanted to know what Rhimes thought about NBC president Ben Silverman saying he was in talks with Washington prior to the actor being let go at the end of the TV season.
