Teresa and Her Brother Joe Finally Talk on 'Real Housewives of New Jersey' (VIDEO)

by Jason Hughes, posted Jun 20th 2011 4:19AM
Joe & Teresa Guidice, 'The Real Housewives of New Jersey'Teresa Guidice may still see her brother Joe's wife Melissa as a gold digger on 'The Real Housewives of New Jersey' (Sun., 10PM ET on Bravo), but that doesn't mean she won't try and mend fences with her. Not for Melissa's sake, but so she and Joe can get back on better terms.

She opened this week's episode by having a sit-down lunch with Joe where she tried to get past the enormous emotional walls he put up. She found a crack in his defenses when she asked him if he wanted to have regrets should their ailing father not pull through.

"Call my wife and you work it out with your mother and my wife, because you're the one that's involved," Joe told Teresa. As determined as she is to mend this relationship, Teresa set out to do just that.

'Real Housewives of New Jersey' Cast Members Are Being Sued by a Cop

by PopEater Staff, posted Jun 14th 2011 5:15AM
Teresa and Joe GiudiceMore trouble for some of 'The Real Housewives of New Jersey' cast: They're being sued by a police officer for alleged assault. Two lawsuits have been issued relating to an alleged brawl in the Dominican Republic earlier this year.

Adolfo Arreola, a law enforcement officer at the University of Illinois in Chicago, alleges that he suffered a broken arm, cuts, bruises and had blurred vision after members of the 'Housewives' cast "savagely beat, kicked, punched, scratched" and cracked a glass over his head during an altercation that began with Teresa Giudice in a Hard Rock Hotel & Casino bar in Punta Cana on Feb. 23.

According to the 'Chicago Tribune', the police officer's cousin, Jason A. Gomez, also alleges he suffered a broken leg while trying to help out Arreola.

Teresa's Gabfest During Labor on 'Housewives of New Jersey' (VIDEO)

Teresa Talks Through Labor on NJ 'Housewives'Women are known to be great multi-taskers, but who knew that applied during childbirth as well. On 'The Real Housewives of New Jersey' (Mon., 10PM ET on BRVO), Teresa Giudice spent the better part of her labor chatting with her girlfriends and daughter Gia, juggling conversations between her cell phone and the room landline.

"She's like talking to me ... shooting the breeze. She's like, 'Hold on -- contraction!'" said Dina Manzo.

Teresa and Joe's fourth daughter, Audriana, was born "in a push and a half." Wow, seems like her labor couldn't have been easier.

The Twelve Days of Festivus: Nine on-air breakdowns

by Danny Gallagher, posted Dec 15th 2009 11:00AM
Glenn BeckOn the ninth day of Festivus, TV gave to me... nine on-air breakdowns.

Director Alfred Hitchcock once said, "Television has done much for psychiatry by spreading information about it, as well as contributing to the need for it."

Yes, having a camera stuck in your face for an hour or more a day must take a toll on your sanity. Your privacy is virtually limited. Your every move is scrutinized and criticized by faceless meanies. Your therapist is one session away from owning his own fishing trawler.

It's only a matter of time before the grasp of sanity is clipped away like a loose thread on a homemade snowman sweater and you turn into a blubbering, snotty, incoherent mess for all the world to enjoy. These are the personalities who lost it and may or may not have gained whatever "it" is back.

Real Housewives of New Jersey to guest on Mercy

by Allison Waldman, posted Nov 4th 2009 3:27PM
mercy_duo_nbcThe other day I wrote about watching Mercy during a mini-marathon that aired last Saturday on Bravo. Is it possible that someone at NBC Universal was reading my plaudits for the company using Bravo to promote an NBC drama series? I think so, because today comes to the news that two of the Real Housewives of New Jersey will guest on Mercy.

That's right; you didn't read it wrong. Teresa Giudice and Jacqueline Laurita, the two who were having babies in season one of the show, will appear as themselves on the NBC medical drama, according to the Ausiello Files.

Real Houswives table-flipper is losing home to foreclosure

by Allison Waldman, posted Oct 23rd 2009 12:02PM
teresa_joe_guidice_bravoIf you can, imagine Fran Fine from The Nanny saying these words, "Oh my gawd..." because that's the voice in my head when I read that Real Housewives' Teresa Guidice is losing her New Jersey mansion to foreclosure.

The table-flipping mother of four, who was shown moving into the palatial, marble-laden manse during the first season of Bravo's The Real Housewives of New Jersey, is behind in her mortgage and DLJ Mortgage Capital filed papers in Superior Court of New Jersey this week to begin foreclosure.
