Sheldon Makes a New Enemy, Wil Wheaton and Brent Spiner on 'Big Bang' (VIDEO)

Every time Wil Wheaton makes an appearance on 'The Big Bang Theory' (Thu., 8PM ET on CBS), it's been a blast. He seems to have embraced the notion of him being Sheldon's mortal enemy, which actually made this week's episode almost strange.First, he invited Sheldon and Leonard to his place for a party, where we kept waiting for him to dig into Sheldon in some way. But maybe we've misunderstood him all this time. He's crazy-competitive in bowling, but he doesn't have anything personally against Sheldon.
He even fulfilled the broken promise that sparked Sheldon's anger all those years ago by giving him a signed Wesley Crusher figure in the packaging. It was a genuinely nice moment. But what's 'Big Bang' without a 'Star Trek' nemesis for Sheldon? Enter Brent Spiner.
'Big Bang Theory': Is Bernadette Turning Into Howard's Mother? (VIDEO)
by Jason Hughes, posted Sep 30th 2011 1:30AM
The old adage that men marry women who are like their mother didn't seem to be true on 'The Big Bang Theory' (Thu., 8PM ET on CBS). And yet, when he suggested that Bernadette spend the weekend with him as a trial run for possibly living there permanently after they get married -- Run, Bernadette! Run! -- the transformation took just one night. At first, Bernadette was understandably freaked out by Howard's relationship with his mother, but by the next morning she was yelling across the house like an old pro. Howard seemed at parts delighted by their connection, and a little disturbed.
Sheldon Loves, Then Hates, Penny's New Chair on 'Big Bang Theory' (VIDEO)

Trying to escape Leonard video-chatting with Priya, Sheldon made his way over to Penny's. There we experienced something that blew our minds on 'The Big Bang Theory' (Thu., 8PM ET on CBS) season premiere. He liked a chair he was sitting in.We also loved the pretend married couple schtick the two of them carried on through this scene, as Sheldon first liked the chair, and then completely freaked out when he found out she'd picked it up from the trash.
Of course, later, when the chair turned out to have something living inside it, which bit Amy, maybe Sheldon's overreaction was a bit more warranted.
We can't help but desperately hope that the chair is sitting in Leonard and Sheldon's apartment at the start of the next episode -- Raj and Howard picked it up out of the trash where Penny had left it.
