Tyra Banks has a few choice words for women who date married men. "It's almost like you're a predator ... and you're like preying on these people," she told one woman on 'The Tyra Show' (weekdays, 4PM ET on The CW).Banks is quick to point out that a lot of the blame falls on the guy, but she's right in that it's a two-way street, especially when it comes to women who seek out married men.
Girls, take our advice. If you don't want to end up on 'The Tyra Show' weeping profusely, stay away from married guys! And thus ends our public service announcement for today.

'The Tyra Show': Are Women Hornier if a Man's Got Money? (VIDEO)
by Jane Boursaw, posted Feb 19th 2010 12:24AM
Do women get hornier if they know a man's got money? That's what Tyra Banks heard, so it must be true. The subject came up when her guest on 'The Tyra Show' (weekdays, 4PM ET on The CW) was describing the three types of love -- sexual, family and friends, and humankind. The show was centered on whether we're teaching young girls to marry for money, rather than love. And if so, wouldn't that result in even more divorces than the staggering 50 percent we already have? Because who wants to spend their life with someone they don't love? Just askin'...

Tyra Banks Gets Beyonce Fever (VIDEO)
by Jane Boursaw, posted Feb 17th 2010 2:46AM
Tyra Banks is so excited about trying Beyonce Heat, the songstress' new fragrance, on 'The Tyra Show' (weekdays, 4PM ET on The CW). In fact, Banks holds the bottle up before her like it possesses all the wonders of the universe – right there in her hands.Things get even wonkier when she actually touches the magical perfume to her wrist. She starts twitching and writhing like a) she has rabies, or b) she's having a special female moment. You know, like Sally had in the diner in 'When Harry Met Sally.'
Does it make you want to have what Tyra's having?

Tyra Banks' Real Hair Reveal: TMI Alert!
by Kelly Woo, posted Sep 8th 2009 4:00PM
Things are getting hairy -- real hairy -- on 'The Tyra Show.'For her talk show's fifth season premiere, Tyra Banks revealed her "real hair" -- no wigs, weaves, extensions, etc. -- in an effort to "open up stereotypes of beauty."
She first tweeted the news to her followers Aug. 17: "Guess What! I'm rockin' my REAL hair on my talk show September 8th. No fake hair at all! Will be the hair coming out of my scalp! 4 all 2 C!" In a later press release, she declared a "National Real Hair Day."
Yeah, Tyra is definitely taking it to the next level ... of Too Much Information. Does American truly need to be exposed to the hostess' "real hair"? Isn't this why stylists have jobs?
(You think Tyra's wacko on television? Wonder what she'll say in her new magazine.)
Of course, this isn't the first time the sassy hostess has shocked and awed us with her ability to go there. Check out some of the craziest moments in 'Tyra Show' history ...
The CW schedules its Fall Preview in the middle of Daytime Emmy coverage
by Jason Hughes, posted Aug 25th 2009 4:42PM
The CW certainly seems to have embraced their new goal of pushing the entire network in a very "female" direction. They've scheduled their new fall preview special on Sunday, August 30 at 6:30 PM, smack between a special spotlighting the top ten moments from The Tyra Banks Show and their red carpet coverage of the night's Daytime Emmy Awards. That's nestled in a huge bed of estrogen from where I'm sitting. No wonder a show like Reaper didn't make it if this is the new demographic The CW is seeking. The manliest shows on the network are Supernatural and Smallville, and both of those do well with the ladies, certainly better than Sock did. Other than that, it's Gossip Girl, 90210, The Vampire Diaries, America's Next Top Model -- how did this happen?
It's almost all teen dramas now, and it's definitely skewing female. They managed to abandon comedies and African-American featured shows in one fell swoop by canceling Everybody Hates Chris and The Game, and they dumped the hellishly fun Reaper. All that's left is pretty people pouting. Is this what America wanted out of our fifth network?
