Who Scored Big in Week 8 of SNL's Relevancy Poll?
The interesting thing about "Coach Bert," the best sketch this past Saturday night, was that no cast-member really stood out – at least as far at the Relevancy Poll is concerned. The concept and the writing were perfect, but it was played so straight, other than Buscemi, it's hard to remember who was even in the sketch. One of the lesser sketches of the night, "Miley Cyrus Show," was all about Vanessa Bayer. And to Bayer's credit, having a recurring sketch as popular as "Cyrus" is quite the coup. So, sorry Taran Killam, you were great in "Coach Bert," but it doesn't help you much around these parts. And so it goes with the Relevancy Poll...Colin Firth Wants to Host 'SNL' Again
People forget this, but seven years before Colin Firth became an Oscar winner for playing the King of England, and before Firth became the no-doubt-about-it household name that he is today, he hosted 'SNL,' back in March of 2004. Firth is currently promoting his new spy thriller, 'Tinker Tailor Solider Spy,' but took some time to reminisce about his hosting duties and made it clear that, yes, he wants to host 'SNL' again. The ball is in your court, 'SNL.' (And, yes, 'SNL,' you should totally let Colin Firth host again.)Tina Fey Likes 'The Real Housewives,' But Wishes They Fought Less (VIDEO)
Tina Fey and Brian Williams both watch 'The Real Housewives,' and like most of us, they're not entirely comfortable with that. On 'Rock Center' (weekdays, 10PM ET on NBC) Monday night, they talked about the trainwreck TV juggernaut's merits and debated which installments were their favorite."I used to like the 'Real Housewives,' but not so much when they're fighting," Fey said, not mentioning that they're fighting all the time. When she said that her favorite editions are New York and Beverly Hills, Williams, a proud son of New Jersey, was aghast.
"Not New Jersey?" he asked. "I find Jersey so far and away the best of them," Williams said.
"Sub-human," Fey replied, and continued her biting critique. "Orange County ... I literally can't tell the women apart. They look like a fire at a wax museum ... I can't tell what I'm looking at."
Tina Fey Covered in Paint Filming '30 Rock' in New York
It looks like '30 Rock' may be taking a page from 'Community''s paintball episodes.Tina Fey was spotted in New York City Friday shooting a '30 Rock' scene that had Liz Lemon covered in red paint after getting doused by PETA for wearing a white fur coat.
'30 Rock' started production on Season 6 two weeks ago, but still doesn't have a set premiere date.

Five TV Stars Who Could Be Better Oscar Hosts Than Eddie Murphy
I keep expecting this whole 'Eddie Murphy hosts the Oscars' thing to be a faulty meme, but now that the news is confirmed, I guess I'll have to come to grips with it. Okay -- done. After all, Murphy is one of the highest-grossing movie stars of all time, can be very very funny, and has proven he can still be funny without using swears ('Shrek'). He has been nominated for "The Statue." (And who can hold it against him if he left the theater shortly after he lost it to Alan Arkin?)

Truth is, the most shocking thing about this whole whirlwind of a story is that Brett Ratner is co-producing the Oscars. Has the Academy looked at his resume lately? What am I saying? These are the same people who thought James Franco and Anne Hathaway were the answer to their problems.
Dot-Marie Jones Will Roshambo for the Emmy (VIDEO)
Dot-Marie Jones's Coach Beiste is perhaps the only person in the 'Glee' universe who could go toe-to-toe with Jane Lynch's Sue Sylvester. For that fortitude and charisma, she was rewarded with an Emmy nomination for Outstanding Guest Actress.Tuesday, 'Good Day LA' (weekdays, 9AM PT on FOX) anchor Tony McEwing got a glimpse of how intimidating Jones can be when he mispronounced her character's name (it's pronounced like "beast," but McEwing said "beasty").
McEwing immediately apologized, and asked her to be gentle. "I'm always gentle," she said, "for a minute." He also noticed she had a broken foot. "I broke a bone because somebody wasn't gentle, Tony," said Jones.

'30 Rock' - 'Lee Marvin vs. Derek Jeter' Recap
Jack, Jack, Jack! I guess there are worse things than having to choose between gorgeous Elizabeth Banks and beautiful Julianne Moore on your 51st birthday. I'm with Liz, though. Guys have it easy. They just get more distinguished and stately as they get older. Girls get flabby arms and wrinkles. " You're juggling two beautiful women while I have to pay to have kick balls whipped at me," says Liz. "This is gender inequity out the yang."
Late Night Wars on '30 Rock' (VIDEO)
Tina Fey is the star and producer of '30 Rock' (Thu., 9:30PM ET on NBC). She's also a friend of Conan O'Brien. But that probably had nothing to do with the current episode of the show. Although the latest episode did oddly parody the late night wars between O'Brien and his rival Jay Leno. Maybe it's just all a coincidence?Watch the video after the jump.
Will Ferrell on '30 Rock' (VIDEO)
Liz Lemon (Tina Fey) is a talented, hard-working, independent woman. But on tonight's '30 Rock' (Thu., 8:30PM ET on NBC), she learns the dreadful secret of how she really got her job on network TV. Apparently, her network had previously aired an incredibly sexist show called 'Bitch Hunter.' The only way to recover from the awful show was to hire an actual woman to replace it. Thus, it turns out that Liz got her job through affirmative action.Watch the video after the jump.
Michelle "Bombshell" McGee Reacts to Tina Fey (VIDEO)
First Sarah Palin, and now Michelle "Bombshell" McGee. During her appearance on 'Saturday Night Live,' comedienne Tina Fey took a few jabs at these two famous women. And her jokes about McGee were especially provocative. Speaking of Jesse James' mistress, Fey said this: "The world has always been full of whores."Watch the video after the jump.
Carol Burnett Talks Angelina Jolie and Today's Funny Ladies (VIDEO)
If Carol Burnett had her choice of any actress to play her in a biopic, she'd choose none other than Angelina Jolie, she said on 'The Rachael Ray Show' (weekdays, syndicated). However, when Burnett plumps up her lips in an exaggerated impression of Jolie, something tells us she's not being entirely serious. Burnett also said she finds today's crop of funny ladies highly entertaining. When Rachael Ray asks Burnett who makes her laugh, she says, "Well, I love the ladies. I love Tina Fey and Amy [Poehler], Tracey Ullman and Ellen DeGeneres."

Tiny Fey Does Sarah Palin on 'SNL' (VIDEO)
Comedienne Tina Fey does such an excellent job of parodying Sarah Palin that sometimes, it's tough to tell the difference between them. On the latest episode of 'Saturday Night Live' (Sat., 11:30PM ET on NBC), Fey announced the creation of the fictional "Sarah Palin Network." And one of the new shows on the fictional network was: "Hey Journalist, I Gotcha!" In the show, Palin/Fey strikes back against the journalists who roasted her during the 2008 presidential campaign.Watch the video after the jump.
'Saturday Night Live' - 'Tina Fey/Justin Bieber' Recap

(S35E18) Tina Fey gives hope to all nerdy funny girls out there. You may be frumpy and strange now, girls, but all you have to do is work really hard, be yourself, create/write/star in a hit show with Alec Baldwin and become super-famous. Then you will finally be able to soothe the flame of self-hate this is currently raging within you. This is the only option to escape your ugly duckling phase. Sorry if you were convinced otherwise.
All right, seriously, this was a solid episode. It felt like Fey had a strong hand in what kind of material was being produced; most of the sketches worked very well for her. This was also the first time I had heard Justin Bieber. And that's all I'm going to say about that.
Tina Fey on 'Saturday Night Live': Clip Highlights (VIDEO)
Tina Fey returned to 'Saturday Night Live' last night and had plenty to say about brownie husbands, Tiger Woods, and the Oscar curse, among other things. And apparently, she also has a thing for Justin Bieber, the musical guest this week! Somehow, the pairing of these two seems like the perfect combination.
