Charlie Sheen Lawsuit to Go Forward in Arbitration, New 'Torchwood' Season Gets U.S. Premiere Date and More TV News

Despite Charlie Sheen's best attempts, the star's lawsuit against CBS will go forward in arbitration.Sheen had filed an injunction to get the dispute settled in court, but according to Entertainment Weekly, a judge ruled that the case can continue in private arbitration as his contract with Warner Bros. stipulates, saving us from a very public court battle.
Instead, we'll just have to rely on inside sources and Sheen's frequent rants to inform us of the progress.
