We really haven't seen that much of Jenny Humphrey, aka Little J, on this season of Gossip Girl, but hopefully that will change. Actor Kevin Zegers is set to join the Upper East Siders, and I'm sure he'll stir up plenty of trouble.

His rep says he'll be joining the show for a multi-episode arc as bad-boy Damien (why are bad boys always named Damien?), who will get tangled up with Jenny (Taylor Momsen).

Zegers has been working steadily in the movie and TV business since the early 1990s, in shows like House, M.D. and Smallville, and in movies like The Jane Austen Book Club and Transamerica, in which he played transexual Felicity Huffman's son Toby. And if you look closely, you'll recognize him as Josh Framm from the Air Bud movies.

In short, not only is Zegers cute as all get out, but he's talented, as well. A rare combo these days, and I can't wait to see him on Gossip Girl.
