Every episode of The Twilight Zone on DVD

I don't know how in the hell this information escaped me, and feel free to yell at me in the comments for letting it slip through my sexy fingers, but a box set including every single episode of Rod Serling's seminal television series The Twilight Zone is being released tomorrow. That's twenty-eight discs featuring all 156 episodes of the series. This is probably the coolest news I've heard all week, and I'm glad I just happened to check out TVShowsonDVD today and stumbled onto it. I think any fan of the show has to admit that not every episode was stellar, in fact, some of them were pretty lousy, but the ones that did work still remain as affecting today as ever. Oh yeah, and the set is about three hundred bucks. Yeah, I know, it's pricey, but surely there's a bank near your home you can rob for the money. I'm sure when you explain to the authorities your reason for doing it they'll understand.Homicide: Life on the Street complete series coming to DVD

So you say you're a fan of the series Homicide: Life on the Street and you've got about three hundred dollars sitting around you don't know what to do with? Well A&E must have heard your plea, because on November 14 they're releasing the entire series in one gigantic DVD set, and it'll retail for $299.95. That's 35 discs with 122 original episodes, the original Homicide movie, and three crossover episodes of Law and Order (the crossovers were not included in original DVD releases of Homicide). TV Shows on DVD has all the information on the new set, which comes in a lovely little "file cabinet" package. The series, which was partly based on the book Homicide: A Year on the Killing Streets by David Simon, aired from 1993 to 1999.TV Squad Hot Topics
