'Late Late Show' Skit Mocks Larry King, Arnold Schwarzenegger (VIDEO)
The end is near for both Arnold Schwarzenegger and Larry King: The California governor's final term ends this year, and the 76-year-old broadcaster will soon retire from CNN. On 'The Late Late Show' (weeknights, 12:37AM ET on CBS), Craig Ferguson
"What's your proudest accomplishment?" asked King/Ferguson, flaying his arms in front of him. "Oh, that's easy," replied the Schwarzenegger imitator. "'Terminator 2.'"
When King clarified that he was referring to his time as governor, he answered, "Oh, then nothing. I've been equally crap at everything. What about you, Larry, what's been your favorite interview?" Check the video for his response.
James Cameron Says O.J. Simpson Was Almost Cast as 'The Terminator' (VIDEO)
James Cameron is the director of 'Avatar' -- the highest-grossing film in history. But Mr. Cameron hasn't always had a smooth road to movie success. On '60 Minutes' (Sun., 7PM ET on CBS), Cameron discusses his early years in the industry -- including the time a studio tried to cast O.J. Simpson in one of his movies. After being fired from his first directing job -- on the notorious flop 'Piranha II' -- Cameron had a vision for a new film. This vision literally came to him in a dream; a dream about a skeletal robot rising from a fire. In the end, the film became 'The Terminator,' his first blockbuster success.
But even though Arnold Schwarzenegger became famous in the role, he wasn't the studio's first choice. An executive wanted to cast O.J. Simpson as the killer cyborg from the future. Cameron was completely against the idea, thinking that O.J. would be totally miscast as a killer. Of course, this all took place years before the murders that would make Simpson infamous.
Arnold Schwarzenegger, Jay Leno Tease Each Other on 'Tonight Show' (VIDEO)
Arnold Schwarzenegger may be Jay Leno's governor, but all those years in Hollywood make him fair game to tease on the 'Tonight Show' (weeknights, 11:35PM ET on NBC). Leno mimicked the Governator's still-thick Austrian accent -- but Schwarzenegger had a couple decent comebacks for the host.Watch the video after the jump.

Arnold Schwarzenegger Mans a Missile Launcher on 'Jay Leno' (VIDEO)
Common sense dictates one should never, ever, taunt the likes of Arnold Schwarzenegger. Jay Leno learned that crucial lesson the hard way and got blown up for his troubles in this skit from 'The Jay Leno Show.'While Leno raced around the track outside his studio in an attempt to set a time Schwarzenegger couldn't beat, the Governator took matters into this own hands and shouldered a missile launcher. The results were explosive to say the least.

Greatest 'Tonight Show' Moments
'The Tonight Show' has been a late-night institution for more than 50 years (yes, that's right -- half a century).Jack Paar, who took over the reins from Steve Allen in '57, put the show on the map, with big-name guests and outspoken antics. Johnny Carson, who stepped in when Paar left, made the show appointment viewing for millions of fans and became one of the most beloved TV hosts of all time.
Now, with Jay Leno's last 'Tonight Show' airing Fri., May 29, and Conan O'Brien taking the desk while Leno makes the unprecedented move to prime time, to a 10 PM slot in the fall, we look back and count down the top 20 moments of 'The Tonight Show.'
The NY senator, a nanny named Fran? - VIDEO
Everyone who has been laughing at the idea of Fran Drescher taking over Hillary Clinton's Senate seat for the state of New York, you can stop laughing now. It's not that wild an idea, not when you consider that Fred Grandy -- Gopher from The Love Boat -- was a Congressman from Iowa, and pro wrestler Jesse Ventura was the Governor of Minnesota, and there's a really good chance that Saturday Night Live alum Al Franken (remember Stuart Smalley?) has won the Senate seat for Minnesota, too. (They're still recounting the votes!)Oh, and let's not forget the Governator, Arnold Schwarzenegger from the great state of California. In other words, why not Senator Fran Drescher!
Does The Sarah Connor Chronicles get the series timeline right?
If you stop to try to figure out time travel plots from TV shows and movies - whether it's Back to the Future, Star Trek, or Frequency - it can really give you a headache. So many things about time travel just don't make sense, but that doesn't mean that it doesn't make for a fantastic plot device.
I've been thinking about that since Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles started. The show is supposed to take place after T2, though it's been a while since I've seen that flick (or the original for that matter) and I'm not sure if everything goes together and makes sense or not (T3 seems to be ignored, at least for now). But Todd Seavey is doing an extensive examination of the show and has come up with some interesting observations.
Bob Woodruff returns, while Maria Shriver resigns
Maria Shriver is leaving television news, and it's all Anna Nicole Smith's fault.
The ex-NBC newswoman and wife of California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger says that TV coverage of the death of Anna Nicole Smith (and all of the other stories that came from her death) led her to quit TV news forever. She made the comments during a speech at the Conference For Women. She says that watching the nonstop coverage made her realize that TV news had changed and she no longer wanted to be a part of it. She has plenty to do as First Lady anyway.

Porn star wants to talk to Leno
Jay Leno has been getting some heat for refusing to have Democratic Gubernatorial candidate Phil Angelides on his show after having Republican Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger on many times, and now he's getting a, um, different kind of heat from another person in the race...porn star Mary Carey.
The buxom woman wants equal time on Leno's show, but Leno hasn't made any comment about it yet. Carey says that she is a very popular search term on the web, so that proves her popularity. Of course, how many of those people are in California? She says "our polling results have shown my name to be more recognizable than any other candidate in the race." I doubt her name is more known than Ahnuld's, but feel free to laugh like Beavis and Butthead when you read the words "polling results." Heh heh heh heh heh.
She ran for Governor in 2003, but this year she got her teeth replaced and got new breast implants.
Tonight Show accused of favoring Arnold
Remember when After Schwarzenegger made his candidacy announcement in 2003, Leno had all 135 gubernatorial candidates on the show and they each had 10 seconds to say what they stand for. They had to yell it at the same time.
California crack-down on paparazzi
The
new year brings a new law to California that punishes overzealous paparazzi (is there any other kind?). Arnold
Schwarzenegger proposed the law, after numerous reports this year that people like Reese Witherspoon, Scarlett
Johanssen, Paris Hilton, and Lindsey Lohan were being run off the road by photographers. The governator himself was
even run off the road by photographers. The new law prohibits photographers and videographers from assaulting anyone in
an attempt to get a photo. That includes the subject of the photo and the general public, which is usually forcefully
pushed aside when a celebrity is walking down the street. If convicted, paparazzi will have to pay triple damages and
give up any money made off the photos. The law also allows publishers who buy and print the photos to also be liable.
The Los Angeles Deputy District Attorney started off the new year by putting out a call to all celebrities to contact
his office when they are assaulted by paparazzi.TV Squad Hot Topics
