A Rude Wedge of Cheese Pushes Too Far on 'Attack of the Show' (VIDEO)

by Jason Hughes, posted Aug 18th 2010 3:45PM
'Attack of the Show'When things get wacky on 'Attack of the Show' (Weekdays, 7PM on G4), they have a tendency to go absolutely insane. After a hunk of cheese named Wedgely Snipes keeps interrupting co-hosts Kevin Pereira and Alison Haislip, they exact their revenge in a most brutal fashion.

"That's an angry piece of cheese," Haislip said when Wedgely began taunting Pereira. "I can take anything you throw at me," the cheese declared. This act of defiance prompted Pereira to pull out a massive cheese grate, shouting, "You want to taunt me on my own show, Wedgely?"

Wedgely whined and apologized after a good grating, but before long he was back to form. "You couldn't finish the job!" he chastised Pereira. "You're nothing!"

This time Haislip stepped up and got Wedgely's attention by turning her ravenous appetite to his children. The visual of the host chomping on a plastic eyeball was more hilarious than disturbing, but we think Wedgeley learned his lesson.

by AOL TV Staff, posted Aug 17th 2010 7:19PM
Oh, those office politics: People talking behind your back, stabbing you in the back, even taking credit for your hard work behind your back. What's a real man to do?

Well, thanks to the guys at 'Attack of the Show' (weekdays, 7PM ET on G4), we have "Dude Manrod's Manly Tips for Dudeness" to help us deal with just such a situation.

Chris Walker of Milwaukee tells Dude that he worked for a whole year on a project and when he turned it in, a co-worker took all the credit. What should he do? "How would a man handle this?"

So Dude elucidates the four steps to set that "a**clown straight":
1) Call him out.
2) Tell him how you feel.
3) Start a sword fight.
4) Lick the blade (after you kill him).

Oh yeah!

Attack of the ShowWarren the Ape appeared on 'Attack of the Show' (weeknights at 7PM ET on G4) last night to talk about what it's like to be, well, a puppet. Not only was his career going in the wrong direction -- he describes himself as "the third Corey" -- but puppets always have to deal with the fact that they live their lives with a human hand shoved up their backside.

Now that's something you're going to think about every time you see a puppet.

'Warren The Ape' is a spinoff of the FOX/IFC show 'Greg The Bunny' that aired several years ago.

'Attack of the Show' Recreates Icelandic Soccer Celebration (VIDEO)

by Bob Sassone, posted Jul 28th 2010 4:14PM
Attack of the ShowThis clip will probably make even people who don't like soccer like it just a bit more. It's from an Icelandic soccer game. When one team scores a goal (a big event in soccer, considering the scores the games often have), they have a rather unique way of celebrating. Imagine the celebration that football players often have when they score a touchdown, only with 1000 times more creativity.

The gang on G4's 'Attack of the Show' (weeknights at 7PM ET) recreated the scene last night, with their special AOTS-ish spin, of course. It involves rope and a branding iron.
