Megan Mullally, Lake Bell, Lizzy Caplan, Casey Wilson, Aubrey Plaza, Ellie Kemper and Michaela Watkins have teamed up for a new Funny Or Die video, 'Home for Actresses.' See, we weren't kidding with that headline.

In the new video, Mullally plays Peggy Dvorak, the owner/headmistress of an institute that acts as an "in-patient" facility for actresses to learn how to be cooler. As if the likes of Plaza, Wilson and Caplan needed help getting cooler.

She's not teaching acting, because "acting can't be taught," no, Peggy teaches these very funny ladies "how to be cool." From fashion tips to dating do's and don'ts -- date a guy with a drug problem -- Peggy has advice for all situations.

Not a hoax! Not a dream! NBC is giving us more 'Parks and Recreation'!

Our favorite Pawnee lovebirds, Andy (Chris Pratt) and April (Aubrey Plaza), will star in their very own series of webisodes.

According to EW, NBC.com will debut five webisodes of the comedy after the Thurs., Nov. 3 airing of the hit comedy. The webisodes spin out from the 'End of the World' episode and follow Andy and April as they embark on a road trip.

To make it into the final four, the remaining contestants had to make it through a comedy round on 'Food Network Star' (Sun., 9PM ET on Food). They didn't have to tell jokes, even though that's what Jeff used to do for a living. He even gave the celebrity comedians a sampling of his comedy stylings.

"I would give you a cooking show just to make sure you never did stand-up again," Gilbert Gottfried told him after a joke fell very flat with the panel.

Even though his comedy didn't go over well, they did like his Italian roast beef sandwich, and his presence. When asked if they'd watch a cooking show about sandwiches, Louie Anderson said, "I'd watch him."

Being a famous successful actress seems like it must be all fun and games. But for most people, it's a long road to the top. And on 'Lopez Tonight' (weeknights, 11PM ET on TBS) Aubrey Plaza confirms that she had to struggle for a while before becoming a star.

Aubrey -- who is currently appearing in 'Parks and Recreation' and 'Scott Pilgrim vs. the World' -- tells the story of the worst job that she ever had. She was a cocktail waitress; but not the sexy kind of cocktail waitress. Rather, she was a waitress in a bowling alley. How ... very non-glamorous.

The actress then goes on to discuss how she was forced to work in a "secret nightclub" upstairs in the bowling alley. And while working there, she had to wear a "slutty vampire" outfit. Somehow, the entire tale leads to Aubrey getting projectile vomited on by an Asian dude.

No, nothing bad happened -- in fact, it was Plaza who assisted Couric when the anchor made a "rookie mistake" in the elevator. Given the way she joked with Couric, it appears Plaza was already cultivating that trademark deadpan -- so straight-faced that she had her fooled.

A secret is revealed on 'Parks and Recreation' (Thu., 8:30PM ET on NBC). For some time now, bureaucrat Ron Swanson (Nick Offerman) has been living a double life as hip jazz musician "Duke Silver." It's a pretty odd secret -- but, to be fair, it's also a totally cool fake name.

Aziz Ansari has had the kind of career you'd expect to see from a guy who's 35 or so, not from someone who's only four years out of business school.

The 26-year-old comedian's profile has risen quickly over the last couple of years. From being an up-and-coming stand-up star playing the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater in New York, the last three years have seen him do two seasons of MTV's 'Human Giant,' a half-season as lazy intern Ed on the eighth season of 'Scrubs,' a big role as awful stand-up comic Randy in Judd Apatow's 'Funny People,' a one-hour stand-up special on Comedy Central, and a season and a half as Tom Haverford on 'Parks and Recreation.'

I caught up with Ansari at NBC's all-star press party last month and asked him about how his character, who plays the scheming right-hand man of the earnest Leslie Knope (Amy Poehler), has developed since the show started, and what's next for a guy who's done a lot in such a short period of time.

On the eleventh day of Festivus, TV gave to me ... eleven babes worth watchin' .

Festivus is here, and is there a better way to celebrate than by taking stock of all the alluring TV hotties we've been obsessing over this year? I think not. (It's sure a beats counting down the year's stinkiest shows, anyway.)

For this year's list, we decided to stray a little from last year's Maxim covergirl-friendly tally to highlight the small screen starlets who charmed us not only with their hotness, but also with their talent. So head after the jump as we celebrate the 11th day of Festivus by counting down 11 babes worth watchin'.

(S02E10) This episode is nice, because Leslie finally gets what she's wanted since the very beginning of the series: to be one of the guys. I know I talk about this a lot, but it's just because the writers have done such an exceptional job: I love how Leslie is actually competent in some areas, instead of being the bumbling fool they wrote her as at the beginning of the first season.

When she says she's an excellent hunter, it's not just self-delusion: she's actually an excellent hunter. Well, we really don't see enough to determine whether or not she's "excellent," but she totally bagged a quail on her first try and she didn't shoot Ron in the head, so she's at least pretty good compared to the rest of her hunting party.

(S02E03) This is how I know Parks and Recreation is growing as a show: Leslie Knope has not only stopped being a one-dimensional season one Michael Scott impression, but she has grown into a character with whom I can identify. If I ever found myself judging a beauty contest with a chick in a hooker dress talking about how if it were up to her and her family, it would be called "Ourmerica," and not "Theirmerica," I would have a difficult time holding my brains inside of my head.

I don't think I would have an elaborate, laminated scorecard with a section for the "Naomi Wolf effect," but I could definitely see myself in a room arguing with my fellow judges about the brains of the other contestants. And Like Leslie Knope, I probably would have lost. Such is life.

(S01E06) Ah, so that's how they're going to do it. While the pit was still the underlying thrust of the episode, the stories were more about the characters and relationships. And realizing even more what a big dumb sap Mark is. It's really more a testament of Leslie's own insecurities and issues that she's so hung up on him because he is even more lame than Tom. At least Tom is charismatic and charming, in his own creepy way. Mark is just creepy, a lot older than he seems to think and kind of a doofus.

For a variety of reasons, I decided to not go to the Winter edition of the TCA press tour. So far, my choice to stay in frigid Jersey has been justified; not much in the way of big news has come out of the tour, and it seems like the networks are very happy about that.

However, if I was there, I would have apparently received the pilot script to the new Amy Poehler-led sitcom that's being written and produced by the folks from The Office, as Rob Owen of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette did yesterday. He revealed some details about what the show's going to be about, and they're... interesting.

The show will be shot documentary-style like The Office. In it, Poehler plays Leslie Knope, who is, according to Owen, a "mid-level bureaucrat in the Parks and Recreation Department of Pawnee, Indiana." She works with a local nurse (Rashida Jones) to turn a construction site into a park, and has to battle the usual local-government nemeses at every turn, including those "traffic and noise" complainers and a town official (Aziz Ansari). All the while, she's followed by an intern (Aubrey Plaza) that she hopes to inspire.
