A Party Is Just the First Surprise for Sammi's Sweet 16 on 'Audrina' (VIDEO)

by Jason Hughes, posted Jun 20th 2011 5:43AM
'Audrina'Remember when you were 16 and you were excited to be able to sit behind the wheel of anything at all? Well, Samantha Patridge doesn't need to worry about that. Big sister Audrina Patridge and the whole family threw her a surprise party on 'Audrina' (Sun., 9PM ET on VH1).

When Audrina drove Sammi up to the house, the lawn was filled with her friends and loved ones, while the house was adorned with banners proclaiming her Sweet 16 for all to see. But the surprises didn't end there.

Papa Patridge covered Sammi's eyes, but her ears could hear just fine as a new car pulled up blaring the horn.

"I own a Mercedes convertible," she said later, still smiling uncontrollably. "That's insane." We couldn't agree more.

It's A Teary-Eyed, Emotional Family Reunion on 'Audrina' (VIDEO)

by Mike Moody, posted Jun 13th 2011 1:01AM
audrina vh1Audrina Patridge and her dad are on a mission of healing. Their first assignment: Mending the broken bond between Audrina's younger sister Casey and the Patridge family matriarch, Lynn.

It was a full-on emotional cry-fest as daughter and father teamed up to meet Casey for dinner in an effort to strengthen their family ties on 'Audrina' (Sun., 9PM ET on VH1).

It's no secret that, like most reality TV clans, the Patridge family has its problems, and Casey made it clear that her vow to never return to the Patridge house stems from some pretty heavy emotional issues involving her parents, especially the boundary-defying Lynn.

Audrina Patridge's Boyfriend Wants Access to Her Phone and Facebook (VIDEO)

by Jason Hughes, posted May 23rd 2011 4:23AM
Audrina Patridge, 'Audrina'Lynn Patridge has been a bit of a loose cannon on these first episodes of 'Audrina' (Sun., 9PM ET on VH1). But we are firmly in her corner with these latest developments, or discoveries, in Audrina's long-distance relationship with her boyfriend Corey.

"He wants me to delete my Facebook," Audrina told her mother. "Or he wants to go have a password so he can go on it."

Lynn's jaw dropped at how casually her daughter seemed to accept this invasion of her privacy. "No one has a right to your inner privacy in life. I don't even go in through your dad's phone or emails," she said. "That's kind of obsessive, sick bulls***."

by Jason Hughes, posted May 16th 2011 5:05AM
'Audrina'Lynne Patridge went off her rocker this week on 'Audrina' (Sun., 9PM ET on VH1). Now, it was because she was worried about not seeing her grandkids, but screaming and carrying on the way she did wasn't helping her case at all.

"The way you're acting right now, you will never see them," daughter Casey told her. But it was as if Lynne had reached a point of no return and could no longer control herself.

She threw herself physically at Casey's husband Kyle, who admitted he was shaking after the encounter. If Audrina Patridge hadn't stepped in front of her mother, who knows what Lynne might have done.

Audrina Patridge's Mother, Lynne, Shares an Awkward Kiss With Donald Trump (VIDEO)

by Jason Hughes, posted May 9th 2011 9:15AM
Donald Trump, 'Audrina'Donald Trump appeared on 'Audrina' (Sun., 9PM ET on VH1), and it was both a wonderfully exciting and slightly awkward moment for Audrina Patridge. He appeared very impressed with her, which was good. He wanted to work with her, which was even better.

"Any time you want to do anything, whether it's 'Apprentice,' Trump suggested, "[Or] frankly you could be a judge on Miss Universe. You could help Natalie Morales with the hosting."

Patridge just sat there smiling and in awe at this level of opportunity she was being offered. Co-hosting Miss Universe? Competing on his show? We can't even imagine how amazing that kind of meeting would feel for a 26-year old.

Lynne Patridge, 'Audrina'There's a new candidate out there for "Mother of the Year." Luckily for all parents out there, Lynne Patridge is with us every week on 'Audrina' (Sun., 9PM ET on VH1) to teach us how to take our children's self-esteem, rip it out of their chests and stomp on it in designer heels.

Take this week's example during a seemingly innocent lunch with two of her daughters, Casey and Audrina. Casey was excited to share with Audrina a great find.

"I found this dress," she said. "Cutest. Dress. Ever."

Audrina, familiar with the store, agreed they had great dresses, and Casey proceeded to talk about how the store let her try one on. Everything's going great, right? But then here comes Mom!

Lynn Patridge on 'Audrina'Shortly after Audrina Patridge was booted off 'Dancing With the Stars' last year, it was announced she'd get her own reality-TV show. At the same time, Audrina's highly inebriated mother Lynn conversed with a Hollywood TV journo about her daughter's stint on 'DWTS' and how "[Audrina] was raised right" but the rest of 'The Hills' gang were "sluts." The video quickly went viral.

On the premiere of 'Audrina' (Sun., 9PM ET on VH1), Lynn apologized to her daughter (but seemed, at the very least, tipsy). "I am truly sorry for embarrassing our family and that language I used." Tearing up, she said, "I'm very sorry ... I don't care about them -- I am truly sorry if I hurt you."

Audrina Patridge Laments Her 'Dancing' Elimination, Still Waiting on Marriage Proposal (VIDEO)

by Nick Zaino, posted Nov 2nd 2010 2:27PM
Audrina Patridge shocked about her 'Dancing With the Stars' exit on 'Wendy Williams'Audrina Patridge was shocked to have been eliminated last week on 'Dancing With the Stars.' Today on 'The Wendy Williams Show,' (weekdays, syndicated) she recounted the moment the judges announced she and her partner Tony were eliminated. She also cleared up an item of interest, explaining that when Tony mouthed "it's us" to her before the elimination, it was because he could tell from the position of the camera that they were next to be eliminated and wanted to give her some advanced warning.

Not only did Audrina get booted off the show, but she's been left hanging on a marriage proposal too. Her boyfriend had told her he would propose to her at the end of the show's run. That has yet to happen. "I didn't make it to the end, so I guess I'm not getting proposed to," said the former 'Hills' star.

That makes perfect sense. She does have to keep some suspense going for her next reality show, right?

'Dancing With the Stars' -- Can an Injured Star Make a Comeback? (VIDEO)

by Oliver Miller, posted Nov 2nd 2010 5:04AM
'Dancing With the Stars' -- Can an Injured Star Make a Comeback? We had comebacks galore on tonight's 'Dancing With the Stars' (Mon., 8PM ET on ABC). But would a player who was battling injures make it all the way back?

[Warning: Spoiler alert.]

Early this season, Jennifer Grey was the 'DWTS' front runner. Then, the actress was derailed by nagging physical problems. She suffered a pinched nerve in her foot, and reactivated an old neck injury. Jennifer has a metal plate in her neck, dating back to a 1987 car accident involving her then-boyfriend Matthew Broderick. She has been warned that competing on the show could cause further damage.

Last week, Grey found herself in the bottom two, facing elimination along with Audrina Patridge. The actress spent much of this week's rehearsal time weeping in frustration. Though Jennifer looks many years younger, she's actually 50 years old. And she's worried that her body can't handle the stress of dancing anymore.

Audrina PatridgeAudrina Patridge and Tony Dovolani's paso doble to the Queen hit 'Another One Bites the Dust' on Monday's rock and roll week show sadly turned prophetic.

In a shocking twist, the duo -- despite being in second place -- were eliminated after failing to get enough viewer votes to remain in the competition.

The pair had every reason to believe they'd be called safe after earning an impressive combined total of 32 points on Monday night's performance episode, which included a dance competition segment. They were well ahead of low-scoring couples Kurt Warner and Anna Trebunskaya and Bristol Palin and Mark Ballas.
