Alleged 'Jersey Shore' Smackdown Victim Fights DVD Release
by Brad Trechak, posted Feb 22nd 2010 9:02PM
Which do you think is more embarrassing? Getting beaten up by a cast member of 'Jersey Shore,' or having the footage of said beating arrive on DVD for mass consumption a few months later? If you're Stephen Izzo Jr., then it's a case of the latter.Granted, Mr. Izzo only claims he was beaten up and offers no evidence (well, the footage itself would be evidence). This is likely a ploy to get money, and if the producers wanted they could just edit the footage for DVD release and Mr. Izzo wouldn't have a case. One must ask, when Stephen was getting his ass whupped, did he even notice the cameraman running around looking for the best angle to shoot from?
The lesson to take away from all this is as follows: try not to get beaten up by a reality television star. And if you're going to get beaten up by a reality television star, make sure the cameras aren't rolling.

Reverend Putty: Judas had a pretty good omelet face mask.
In this episode, Orel learns another important lesson from one of Reverend Putty's sermons, this time about loyalty and doing whatever it takes to make your friend happy. Orel decides to test this theory on Coach Stopframe's nephew Joe, willingly joining in such questionable activities as throwing rocks at cars, burning ants, and beating two sexually-curious young boys with baseball bats in the forest. We also get some more insight into Orel's parents, who we learn are both having an affair with Coach Stopframe.
