"Once you go big, you never go twig." That's the motto and catch phrase for TLC's new show 'Big Sexy,' a reality show that follows plus-sized women in different aspects of the fashion industry. Tuesday on 'Today' (weekdays, 7AM on NBC), the cast of the show talked about the show's mission and the affect it may already be having on women with body issues.

Clips showed a plus-sized model frolicking on the beach with a thinner model, and host Savannah Guthrie mentioned a pole dancing episode. "We need to represent different body shapes and sizes and be examples for our younger women," said model Nikki Gomez, "that there are curvy models out there and it's okay to be full-figured."

The ladies of 'Big Sexy' (Tue., 10PM ET on TLC) decided to throw a singles-only party. It's a great way to meet other single people without having to guess if they're in a relationship or not. Or at least you would think it is.

One guy who showed up was flirting pretty heavily with all of them. For some reason, he asked if they were all single, which put up a few red flags. Isn't everyone there supposed to be single?

Turns out this guy's definition was different than theirs. "I'm not married so I'm still single," he said after revealing that he had a girlfriend. It was an open relationship that he insisted his girlfriend was totally cool with.

TLC's latest foray into unscripted television takes us into the lives of women who aren't looking to fit into that size 2 dress. 'Big Sexy' (Tue., 10PM ET on TLC) spotlights five plus size models and designers who are plenty happy in the skin they're in.

They don't see the need to conform to anyone's definition of beauty but their own, and they're proud of who they are. It made for an interesting time in this premiere as these strong women went to a speed dating night.

They got to experience some of the weirdos that come to some of these, like Heather's wizard, and then got to get real with some of the guys. Tiffany got one guy to admit he only gets with bigger women when he's drunk.

TLC's new three-part series 'Big Sexy' is exactly what it sounds like: plus-size New Yorkers Leslie, Tiffany, Audrey, Nikki and Heather are out to redefine what sexy really is (premieres Tues., Aug. 30, 10PM ET on TLC).

These successful ladies love fashion and partying, and they're nothing if not honest. The series follows them to capture what it's really like to live large in the Big Apple.

The women don't shy away from showing it all on camera -- including a vagazzling session in the episode we previewed -- but this new bleep-filled clip really captures how feisty they are.

Watch as the ladies get their "boobies out" to hit up a party after some fashion shows, only to have a face-off with the club's bouncers.

Jon Hamm has joined the cast of IFC's 'The Increasingly Poor Decisions of Todd Margaret.' According to Splitsider, the 'Mad Men' actor will appear in five of the six Season 2 episodes.

Will Arnett and David Cross star in the comedy about an American sent to Britain to sell his company's energy drink. Season 2 premieres in January 2012.

Hamm is no stranger to comedy. He had an uncredited role in this summer's smash hit 'Bridesmaids' and has appeared in several episodes of NBC's '30 Rock.'
