Lance Bass Working on All-Star Boy Band Reality Show, 'Pan Am' Re-Casts and More
by Jean Bentley, posted Jun 17th 2011 7:50PM
Is the age of the boy band over? Not according to Lance Bass. The former *NSync member is putting together a reality show with Backstreet Boy A.J. McLean, New Edition frontman Bobby Brown and New Kid on the Block Joey McIntyre to form the country's hottest new boy band.
"It's a really great music show, starring all your favorite boy bands. It's going to be really fun," Bass told Vulture. "They're all going to form a boy band, each, from the most talented guys in America that I've scouted, and then they'll go head-to-head in a competition to see who the best band is, so it's bragging rights for the guy in the group, for sure."

When your boy band breaks up, there's always reality TV
by Anna Johns, posted Jan 20th 2006 12:47PM
Two of the boys from 'N Sync have an idea for a television show. One of them is a slob, the other is a clean freak:
and they're roommates! Sound familiar? Joey Fatone and Lance Bass are creating a reality-ish series based on their
lives for UPN. See.. it's the funniest thing. Joey is a total slob. And Lance is a tight ass. Get it? Oh the comedy
that will ensue. I don't know about Lance, but Joey actually seems like a fine actor. He had a memorable supporting
role in My Big, Fat, Greek Wedding.UPN says the show is a modernized version of The Odd Couple (but you already figured that out, didn't you?). Its working title is Out of Sync and UPN is planning for a launch this fall.
