I was just watching the season premiere of Celebrity Poker Showdown (it might take an episode or two to get used to Phil Hellmuth taking over for Phil Gordon, and Kevin Sorbo is one of the worst poker players I've ever seen - he lasted about 20 minutes), and they ran a preview for a new show they have coming up this summer, Workout. From what I can tell, it's all about the hot bodies and suntans of the people who live in Los Angeles. Lots of emphasis on six pack abs, pushups, and living the good life. The Bravo site has a short description, and it sounds a lot like Blow Out, only in Jackie Warner and Jillian Michael's gym, Sky Sport and Spa.

It debuts in July, and I don't see myself watching this one. I'd like to say that it would get me motivated to get back into shape, but I'm afraid it will just depress the hell out of me.
