Angry Ginger Kid Directs His Ginger Rage at 'South Park'
by Danny Gallagher, posted Mar 25th 2010 4:08PM
The "Ginger Kid" has become another milestone in the Internet lexicon and apparently, he's found out that 'South Park' is not only about to take another crack at his people, but also at him.
YouTube's "CopperCab" spotted a commercial satirizing his famous "Gingers Do Have Souls" video. So he posted a stinging rebuttal to the creators of 'South Park' warning them not to air the episode or else, I guess, he would use his awesome pale skin powers to reflect sunbeams directly into Trey Parker and Matt Stone's retinas.

Don't Let Jay Leno Get in the Way of Your Productive Self
by Danny Gallagher, posted Mar 5th 2010 7:06PM
Do you find yourself not getting enough done in your daily life? Is your to-do list a sticky mess of unfinished tasks and procrastination? It's not your fault. It's Jay Leno's fault. Buzzfeed has compiled an informative list of the things you should be doing instead of watching Leno's triumphant (not really) return to 'The Tonight Show' slot.
Surprisingly, regaining your hope that there is a just and true God who watches over us all, punishes the wicked and rewards the good didn't make the cut. Not that I'm bitter or anything.
Jay Leno's 'Tonight Show' Promo Gets a Music Makeover
by Danny Gallagher, posted Feb 24th 2010 9:00AM
NBC has been recycling their 'Jay Leno Show' promos to prep for Leno's return to 'The Tonight Show' slot. Could there be a clearer metaphor?
Anyway, the new promos have been using a cover version of the Beatles' "Get Back" to not-so-subtly greet the host back from prime time hell. But one very clever YouTube user found a much more appropriate song to accompany Jay on his return back to 11:30 p.m.

Stephen Colbert and His Sandwich Spotted at the Winter Olympics
by Danny Gallagher, posted Feb 18th 2010 10:02PM
Stephen Colbert has been lurking around Vancouver with nary a word from him like a class clown just waiting for the right moment to pounce on the biology teacher the minute she uses the word "titmouse." NBC posted some photos of America's truthinestitizer joking around at the Vancouver Winter Olympic speed skating meet and greeting his fans at his outdoor set that the world will get to see next week.
It's not known if these images and bits will be included in his upcoming episodes or his coverage of the games for NBC. Either way, sorry for spoiling it for you. I might as well get ahead of the curve.

Ever wondered what happened to the cast of Salute Your Shorts?
by Danny Gallagher, posted Jan 22nd 2010 7:28PM
Me neither. But that still didn't stop the folks from Celebuzz from compiling a "Where Are They Now?" list of the Nickelodeon summer camp comedy's principle cast from bad Bobby Budnick all the way to Z.Z. Ziff.
The tales of the cast post kiddie-cable stardom range from the barely out of work to busier than you or I will ever be. I won't spoil anything for you, but let's just say that Ug became the most successful person to ever come out of Camp Anawanna.

Some guy makes working Star Trek Phaser
by Danny Gallagher, posted Jan 20th 2010 11:00AM
Don't worry. It's not some lone nut with too much time on his hands and the entire Star Trek DVD collection to keep him company in his Northern Montana wilderness cabin.
He's taken a blu-ray laser from a Playstation 3 console and inserted it into a classic toy phaser. Apparently, it's only produces enough juice to burst balloons and isn't powerful enough to burn holes in walls. So what's the point of building one? Call me when you've figured out how to make a phaser that could make Scarface's "little friend" look and sound like a pea shooter.
