Lost gets the DaVinci treatment with 'last supper' cast pic

With the sixth, and final, season of Lost just about a month away (it premieres on ABC on February 2, at 9 p.m. ET), ABC has finally released the much anticipated cast picture. As you can see, it's very predictable (Battlestar Galatica played with the same thing for its final season) but still pretty damn cool -- the Lost version of Leonardo DaVinci's masterpiece "The Last Supper."
Biggest non-surprise? Check out who's playing the part of Jesus Christ -- none other than John Locke. The promo pic can be found in the latest issue of TV Guide and based on a quick glimpse, it's a safe bet that Lost junkies are gonna have a field day with it -- look at Sawyer leaning on Kate's chair! If you feel like snooping, there's a high-res version of the pic here.

Check out the new cast photo for season eight of 24

With less than two months to go until 24 returns for its New York City set eighth season (it premieres on Sunday, January 17th and Monday, January 18th with the traditional two-night, four-hour event), FOX has released the official cast photo with the new and returning series regulars.
For as cool as last season's cast shot was with the Lincoln Memorial in the background, this one trumps it and then some -- the United Nations backdrop is very, very cool. You have to wonder though... think there's any meaning to the flags that are visible? From left to right, the first three are the UK, the US, and Nicaragua. The fourth one in line is harder to make out. I'm probably reading into it too much, but you never know when it comes to 24 -- anything could be a clue.
If you haven't seen it yet, you can watch the trailer for the new season here and if you really feel like analyzing the cast photo, there's a high-res image here.
ABC releases updated Lost cast pic

Am I crazy, or is this the first time they've ever done this for Lost?!? Nine episodes into the show's fifth season and ABC has released an updated cast photo. The only cast member killed off so far this season is Rebecca Mader's Charlotte (she finally succumbed to time-travelitis four episodes back in "This Place is Death") and as such, she's the only one omitted from the new photo while Daniel Dae Kim, who was MIA at the beginning of the season, has been added. I'm as big a Lost fanatic as the next guy and I love new stuff like this to analyze the hell out of, but was this really necessary?

No, not that one. We talked about the Lost season five promotional art weeks ago! I'm talking about the new official season five cast photo.
With the new season just a little over a month away, ABC has released what typically is the best indicator of who you can expect will be playing a big role in the coming season. Then again, when it comes to the intricacies of Lost, being left out of the official cast photo might not mean anything at all.
I don't want to spoil anyone, so take a look after the jump...
