Oprah and Stedman to finally move in together
by Annie Wu, posted Dec 24th 2006 10:39AM
Oprah Winfrey recently decided to take her relationship with Stedman Graham to the next level, and let him move in with her, probably in her recently purchased Chicago home. Their relationship dates all the way back to 80s, when Oprah used to bear a strong likeness to Rocky Horror Picture Show's Doctor Frank N. Furter (pictured)."Whoa, but I thought they've already been living together..." seems to be the wide-spread public reaction to the news. Yes, one would think that, after dating for twenty years, Oprah would have let Stedman start sleeping over ages ago. However, one must not forget that this is Oprah. Our relationship logic does not need to apply to the mighty Oprah. Hail Oprah.
Paris Hilton, record breaker
by Adam Finley, posted Aug 20th 2006 11:03AM
Pop quiz: Paris Hilton is rumored to have a place in the next Guinness Book of World Records for what reason?
A) Most pets owned by a celebrity
B) Most overrated celebrity
C) The Lincoln-Douglas Debates
D) (This space intentionally left blank)
The answer, because I know all of you care deeply about Paris Hilton, is B. Or so scuttlebutt in the gossip rags and across the blogosphere would have us believe. If it is true, all I can say is that it's about time somebody finally gave this woman the recognition she deserves and has been getting all along. Sometimes I'll go anywhere from six to seven seconds without reading or hearing her name, and I'm hoping her inclusion in this popular record book will help fill in those gaps.
