While the critical jury remains out on whether or not 'Whitney' (Thu., 9:30PM ET on NBC) is a great sitcom or not, one thing has remained consistent since its premiere: Chris D'Elia is a brilliant comedian. We know a lot of the scenes are at least partially ad-libbed, and we love when he gets Whitney Cummings laughing.

We suspect a lot of what he said during his drunk scene this week was made up on the spot, like when he abruptly declared to Whitney, "I wanna put my hand under your shirt."
