From 'Baywatch' to his cheeseburger-spitting video, David Hasselhoff has had a lot of public moments worthy of ridicule. So it's fitting, then, that he'll be the subject of Comedy Central's latest roast, set to tape later this month and air Aug. 15 at 10PM, according to a network press release.

Though he did title his autobiography 'Don't Hassel the Hoff,' Hasselhoff says that he's honored to have been selected as a roastee, which puts him in the company of previous subjects like Denis Leary, Larry the Cable Guy, William Shatner, Jeff Foxworthy, Bob Saget, Joan Rivers and Jerry Stiller.
