Pretty Little Liars'Pretty Little Liars' (Tuesdays, 8PM, ABC Family) might be a frothy, fun summer show, but don't discredit the ABC Family series. It also tackles real topics in a sensitive way -- none more touching than Emily's coming out story.

Anyway, more on tonight's show and all the plot developments after the jump.
