When Crystal Harris called off her wedding to Playboy founder Hugh Hefner last month, she earned the nickname "Runaway Bride" and the ire of Hefner's good friend, Whoopi Goldberg. Monday on 'The View' (weekdays, syndicated on ABC), Goldberg apologized to Harris for judging her before she had heard the full story, which Harris detailed on the show.

Contrary to some reports, Harris did not leave Hefner on the altar, she said. The pair had spoken five days before the wedding was to have taken place, and ended the relationship by mutual agreement. "He actually said that he was only doing it for me," said Harris of the wedding. "He didn't really want to get married either." Harris didn't have sneakers on under her dress, ready to run from the ceremony, she said.

Whether to offer selfless well-wishes or engage in self torture, Holly Madison decides to head to the Playboy mansion and scope out ex-boyfriend Hugh Hefner and his 24-year-old fiancée Crystal Harris.

"I don't want it to be awkward," Hefner tells her on 'Holly's World' (Sunday, 10:30PM ET, on E!). Oh, but it is. Holly admits, "It's definitely difficult to talk about being engaged with Hef, because he knows how much I wanted to get married and have kids when we were together."

She tells him, "I always feel very protective of you ... If [Crystal] ever messes up, I'll kick her ass." Things get even more uncomfortable when Crystal joins them.

Everyone has an opinion on Hugh Hefner's engagement to 24-year-old Crystal Harris. But what does Holly Madison think? She was Hef's girlfriend (well, one of them) for seven years.

In the season-two premiere of 'Holly's World' (Sun., 10:30PM ET on E!), a friend breaks the news (that she received over Twitter). "I feel like they just started dating," says her gal pal.

Holly used to think she'd get engaged to the Playboy founder. "I thought we were headed towards being exclusive -- marriage and family," Holly explains in voiceover during a photo montage of her with Hef. She ended the relationship when it was clear the 84-year-old wouldn't settle down with her. "I had a lot of different emotions and thoughts on [the news]. This was kind of a shock."

Apparently, I've gone over to the dark side and have somehow morphed into a person who watches the E! network. I've commented on the Kardashians, Leave it to Lamas, and Chelsea Lately (which I love by the way). I've finally moved to the bottom of the barrel -- The Girls Next Door.

Here's the thing about this show. Who really knows what goes on when the cameras are turned off (or possibly, we don't want to know), but it seems like Hugh Hefner is a really nice guy. All of his girlfriends and ex-girlfriends have only good things to say about him, and they rave about how cool it is to live at the Playboy mansion.

And if you can get past the part where he has several girlfriends at the same time, and is, like, 103 years old creepily having sex with 19-year-old girls (if he can still have sex, that is), he just seems like a nice guy. The kindly grandfather girls have sex with. Oh, and he loves to scrapbook.
