by Jeremy Taylor, posted Feb 4th 2011 10:15AM
Justin Bieber on 'The Daily Show'When 'The Daily Show' (weekdays, 11 PM ET Comedy Central) began Thursday, none other than Justin Bieber was sitting in Jon Stewart's anchor chair.

As the Canadian singing sensation began to introduce the show, Jon Stewart, dressed in a hoody, rushed onto the set.

"Yo, yo, yo, what's up? I found the magic skull, now we can switch back, yo," Stewart said, signaling the premise was that he and Bieber had switched bodies and he was really Bieber.

"I got to get rid of this [body], it's like living in a haunted house," Bieber-in-Stewart's-body continued, before making creaking sounds as he moved his suddenly 48-year-old arms.

Sigourney Weaver on the Curse of Being Too Tall (VIDEO)

by Oliver Miller, posted Sep 22nd 2010 2:45AM
Sigourney Weaver on the Curse of Being Too TallSigourney Weaver is a famous actress and occasional international sex symbol. But still, she has her insecurities, as we all do. Luckily, Jon Stewart is the perfect person to confide in. So on the latest 'Daily Show' (weeknights, 11PM ET on Comedy Central), Sigourney reveals all her problems to a sympathetic ear.

First, Weaver confesses that she wasn't very popular in high school. Honestly, though, this is probably a good thing. Our premise is that anyone who ends up being cool later on in life wasn't actually "cool" in high school. But this is just a working theory.

A Republican Defends BP -- and Gets Yelled at on 'The Daily Show' (VIDEO)

by Oliver Miller, posted Jun 18th 2010 3:40AM
A Repubican Defends BP -- and Gets Yelled at on 'The Daily Show'We're at Day 59 of the BP oil spill. It is truly a national nightmare. But it does give Jon Stewart plenty of new material. And it provides us with a few more satirical news bites on 'The Daily Show' (weeknights, 11PM ET on Comedy Central). So, that's not great -- but it's something, at least.

President Obama requested that BP put money into a fund that would assist the victims of the oil spill. Surprisingly, the company actually went ahead and did this. But no good deed goes unpunished -- and so, for some odd reason, Republican Congressman Joe Barton decided to attack this move.

Barton defended British Petroleum -- the company responsible for the oil spill which has devastated the Gulf Coast. Joe Barton said that making this fund for the oil victims was a "tragedy." The congressman then accused Obama of trying to create a "slush fund" with the money.

This was the point where Jon Stewart's anger kicked in. The 'Daily Show' host was fairly unrelenting in his attack. "I don't like you!" he yelled in reply to Barton.

G4's Olivia Munn Trying Out For 'Daily Show'

by Scott Harris, posted Jun 4th 2010 11:20AM
Olivia Munn made her first appearance on Comedy Central's 'Daily Show' last night and judging by the results, well ... the jury is still out.

Munn, for those of you who are lacking in geek cred, is one of the co-hosts of G4s flagship series 'Attack of the Show.' Now, however, she is branching out into other endeavors, including what, according to The Hollywood Reporter, Comedy Central is terming a "try out" for the role of 'Daily Show' correspondent.

So how did Munn do? She seemed maybe just a bit nervous in a sketch that cast her as the show's "Senior Asian Correspondent," but soldiered through with the help of, well, just about the entire 'Daily Show' cast, who congregated around her in what was essentially a Comedy Central hazing ceremony.

Robin Williams on 'The Daily Show with Jon Stewart'More cow valve! When 'The Daily Show' (weeknights, 11PM ET on COM) host Jon Stewart asked Robin Williams how his post-surgery heart was doing, the actor didn't mince words.

Always quick with a routine, this one a Christopher Walken impression, "More cow valve," Williams painted a not so lovely image.

"The wonderful thing about a cow valve is you can [bleep] standing up," Williams said, causing Stewart to double over in laughter -- or horror.

"I did not need that image," Stewart said. Us too Jon, us too.
