D'Angelo takes on Subway
by Bob Sassone, posted May 16th 2009 10:23AM
The only part of the "Save Chuck" thing that I haven't been on board with is the fact that Subway is a part of it. Don't like Subway, with their microwaved meat and paltry toppings and lame service. I've always liked D'Angelo though, and in these ads they say why they're better (though they never utter Subway's name - trust me, they're talking about Subway).

Wendt, Cale and D'Angelo join new TBS comedy
by Adam Finley, posted Dec 5th 2006 6:03PM
Imperfect Union, a new comedy pilot for TBS executive produced by Will and Grace's Eric McCormack through his Big Cattle Prods. production company along with his partner Michael Forman, has just added George Wendt, Beverly D'Angelo and Paula Cale to its cast. The series will take place in a switch factory, with D'Angelo playing the mother of the factory owner, and Wendt playing the father of the shop steward. Cale will play the assistant to Wendt's son. I guess we can assume these actors will say funny things for roughly a half hour and then credits will role. Beyond that, there doesn't seem to me much information on this show. Don Woodward (Just Shoot Me) and Tom Maxwell (Family Guy, Just Shoot Me, Dream On) wrote the pilot script.TV Squad Hot Topics
