'The Hasselhoffs' Premiere Exclusive: The Hoff Addresses the 'Hamburger Incident' (VIDEO)

by Jean Bentley, posted Dec 3rd 2010 2:00PM
'The Hasselhoffs'Even three years after the fact, David Hasselhoff still can't escape the now-infamous "hamburger incident."

In the premiere episode of 'The Hasselhoffs,' the appropriately titled reality show he filmed with his two daughters that debuts on A&E this Sunday, the Hoff wasted no time in addressing his very personal troubles -- to a room full of college students, no less.

In TV Squad's exclusive clip, watch the Hoff speak to students in daughter Taylor's psychology class at the University of Arizona. He gets very candid about his alcoholism and his sadness at the private tape leaking to the tabloids.

Not enough Hoff for you? We'll have an interview with all the Hasselhoffs -- David, Taylor and Hayley -- in a few days.

'The Hasselhoffs' premiere airs Sun., Dec. 5 at 10PM.

'The Situation' Tries to Avoid Getting Kicked Off 'Dancing With the Stars'It seems that a situation is happening. Mike Sorrentino -- now and forevermore known as "The Situation" -- has been having a rough first week on 'Dancing With the Stars.' He landed in a three-way tie for last place, and even though David Hasselhoff was the first contestant kicked off the show, Mike could be the next one eliminated.

On 'Lopez Tonight' (weeknights, 11PM ET on TBS), Sorrentino and his partner Karina Smirnoff showed up to discuss 'DWTS.' And Karina admitted that even she had her doubts about being paired up with the 'Jersey Shore' ab-master. "I'll be honest; when I heard Mike was my partner, I kind of freaked out," she said.

Dancing With the Stars Cast
The first night jitters are officially out of the way. Twelve stars and their celebrity pro partners took to the dance floor and performed either a Cha-Cha or a Viennese Waltz on the 'Dancing With the Stars' season 11 opening night show. Actress Jennifer Grey, singer Brandy Norwood and athletes Rick Fox and Kurt Warner performed well -- as expected -- but the surprise of the night was teen actor Kyle Massey, who brought to mind a young Warren Sapp (Kym Johnson's season 7 partner) when he performed a dynamite dance with Lacey Schwimmer.

TV Squad was on the post-show press line to get reactions from all 24 participants. For one unlucky couple, alas, it's their second-to-last interview, because tonight one duo is going home.

David Hasselhoff Has the Hots For His 'Dancing With the Stars' PartnerDavid Hasselhoff doesn't think he has much of a chance of winning the upcoming season of 'Dancing With the Stars.' But that's fine with him -- he figures that losing gives him more of a chance to sleep with Kym Johnson, his dance partner. "The Hoff" appeared on 'Jimmy Kimmel Live' (weeknights, 12AM ET on ABC) to discuss the whole situation.

"[Kym's] really hot," Hoff said. (This is true: She is.) However, there's some bad news. " ... [Kym] told me that she doesn't date any of her dancer partners till either we're eliminated or we win," he continued. "So I said, 'We're going out in the first round.'"

David Hasselhoff gets roasted on Comedy CentralJoan Rivers, William Shatner, Bob Saget, Larry the Cable Guy - Comedy Central has taken aim at some of the easiest targets in show business with its recent roasts. But roasting David Hasselhoff is like leveling a cannon at a beached whale. Kind of hard to miss, especially when your dais includes the modern roastmaster general, Jeffrey Ross, and easy target connoisseur, official Roast Master Seth MacFarlane.

A sampling of the Hasselhoff resume: star of 'Baywatch' (not to mention 'Baywatch Nights') and 'Knight Rider,' a music career that has made him the toast of Germany, two stints on the soap 'The Young and the Restless' as Doctor William "Snapper" Foster, Jr. (was Bill, Sr. also a "Snapper?"), and a highly publicized drunken burger slurping meltdown.

by Michael Maloney, posted Jul 29th 2010 11:00AM

America's Got Talent'America's Got Talent' revealed the next four semi-finalists, but before the live show began last night, Piers Morgan and Sharon Osbourne had a reunion with ex-judge David Hasselhoff ...sort of. The studio audience was treated to Morgan and Osbourne taping a segment that will appear on Comedy Central's upcoming roast of the 'Baywatch' hunk.

Morgan and Osbourne don't often agree, but they put their differences aside in order to team up and razz the Hoff. If their remarks were any indication of how cutting Hasselhoff's roast will be, the guy might want to wear some body armor to the show's taping on Sunday.

After taping the roast segment twice, it was on with the show!
