Canada Says 'I Do' to 'Four Weddings'

People can't get enough of wedding shows, whether it shows a couple falling in love ('A Wedding Story'), nightmare brides from hell ('Bridezillas'), how a bride chose her wedding gown ('Say Yes to the Dress'), or how an overweight bride chose her wedding gown ('Bulging Brides').
'Four Weddings' is, at times, exactly like these sister shows, and at other times in a world of its own. We'll probably be seeing other variations on this when it comes to Canada in early 2012. Yep, you read that right!
TLC Renews 'Say Yes to the Dress: Atlanta' and Four Other Shows

TLC has renewed 'Say Yes to the Dress: Atlanta,' 'Four Weddings,' 'I Didn't Know I Was Pregnant,' 'Strange Sex' and 'Toddlers & Tiaras.' Take a moment and reflect on those show names. Done? Good.
According to the Live Feed, 'Say Yes to the Dress: Atlanta' will be back for a second season with 18 episodes to debut next year. The series about brides-to-be getting dress help from Monte Durham (right) and others averaged 1.3 million viewers during its first season, on Sept. 10 it was seen by 1.39 million viewers.
Getting Married Soon? 'Four Weddings' Is Casting!

TLC has yet another new wedding-themed show premiering this season, and you could be a part of the action. 'Four Weddings' -- sorry Hugh Grant fans, no funeral here -- is the latest in the bridal-industrial-complex reality TV boom. The network is searching for brides-to-be in the New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Philadelphia and Miami areas who are getting hitched soon (anytime from February to April of this year).
