You guys may not pay as much attention to Investigation Discovery as much as you do to other cable channels, but you might want to check out 'Hookers: Saved on the Strip.' Yes, you read that title right. The description of 'Hookers: Saved on the Strip' (Dec. 8 at 10PM) reads like the plot of a B-movie: Annie Lobert, a former call-girl, trolls the streets of Las Vegas looking to save prostitutes through her faith-based organization Hookers for Jesus. With the Church at South Las Vegas backing her, Lobert established the Destiny House, a sort of halfway house for prostitutes. At Destiny House, Lobert strives to provide a safe environment for these women restarting their lives.
