Christoph Waltz Previews His New Film 'Der Humpink' (VIDEO)
by Jane Boursaw, posted Mar 8th 2010 4:24AM
Christoph Waltz may have just won a Best Supporting Actor Oscar for his turn as Col. Hans "The Jew Hunter" Landa in 'Inglourious Basterds,' but that's not what he considers "the role of a lifetime."Oh no, that would be 'Der Humpink,' which he previewed on 'Jimmy Kimmel Live' (weeknights, 12:05AM ET on ABC). Suffice to say the role involves lamps, phones, ukuleles and sheep.
But none of that is as disturbing as the brown leisure suit he wears for the role. That might have even made Lt. Aldo Raine run for cover.

The folks at our sister site Cinematical are working hard to give you news and reviews of the best -- and worst -- the silver screen has to offer. Here are some of their musings on the latest blockbusters, indies, and everything in between:
- Cinematical is trying to figure out what the greatest superhero movie of all time is. They're on round 6, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is still in the competition. Perhaps you should go over and vote.
- Just in time for the Inglourious Basterds Premiere, Cinematical Seven takes a look at Tarantino's greatest hits.
- Speaking of Inglourious Basterds, is the movie as bad as the spelling, or does it belong on the list above? Check out the review here.
- The internet was all atwitter yesterday with the release of the Avatar trailer. Cinematical asks if it ruined all the buzz.
- A Dirty Dancing remake? No thank you.

The folks at our sister site Cinematical are working hard to give you news and reviews of the best -- and worst -- the silver screen has to offer. Here are some of their latest musings on the latest blockbusters, indies, and everything in between:- Watch the first ten minutes of Sex Drive: I had initially written this movie off as another low-budget, 10-years-too-late American Pie ripoff, but people have had good things to say about it. Watch the beginning and decide if it's worth shelling out the big bucks for this weekend.
- Cinematical asks the burning question: Can you believe Angelina Jolie in a role, or is she just too damn pretty?
- What about her paramour, Brad Pitt? Will you spend the entire time you watch Inglorious Basterds just staring into his eyes? Check out Cinematical's first look at the awkwardly-spelled Inglourious Basterds.
- Didn't Matt Damon say that the the third Bourne movie would be his last? Because it looks like the guy who wrote The Bourne Ultimatum is writing Bourne 4 as well.
- Watch the Dear Zachary trailer and have a good cry. No, really. I literally cried.
