Chris Brown was the big winner of the '2011 BET Awards' (Sun., 8PM ET on BET), nabbing four awards. But he almost didn't get one of them!Okay, he would have gotten it anyway, but things got a little crazy when a fan contest winner attempted to announce the winner of the Coca-Cola Viewer's Choice. Tiffany Green initially announced Chris Brown as the winner, but then corrected herself to say it was Rihanna.
Then, to make matters worse, it was announced Drake had won, and he even came and accepted the award. But Green had been right the first time. If only she'd stopped talking, or the mic had gone out.

Jaden Smith's 'Karate Kid' reboot raked in $56 million in its opening weekend, but so what? Parents Will and Jada Pinkett Smith still get him to make his bed and do his chores."Most child actors, they are the breadwinners of their home," explained Pinkett Smith on 'Jimmy Kimmel Live' (weeknights, 12:05AM ET on ABC). "Well, Jaden will have to do quite a few more movies before he becomes the breadwinner of the Smith family home."
"But this karate can be a dangerous thing, you know. I mean if he keeps up with that..." said the host. Pinkett Smith replied, "That's true, but you have to remember his father played Ali and his mother was in two 'Matrix' films." Good point.
This particular family dynamic all sounds pretty appealing to Jimmy Kimmel. Will they adopt him? "Jimmy Pinkett Smith" has a nice ring to it.

Ellen DeGeneres really knows how to set up an audience. On Tuesday's edition of 'The Ellen DeGeneres Show' (weekdays, syndicated), she begins a segment by previewing upcoming movies, running through the posters for a couple of films, then coming to the remake of 'The Karate Kid,' starring Jaden Smith (due in theaters June 11)."It looks cool, it does," she said to the audience, "and I'd be impressed if Jaden did his own stunts. But I'm sure that that was somebody else." Moving on to the "next movie," DeGeneres lifts away the poster to reveal -- yep, Jaden Smith.
Smith gives DeGeneres the evil eye, and then proceeds to show her that he doesn't need a stunt double, demonstrating his martial arts skills ... with an impressive ending.
