Jason Alexander is heading back to NBC. The 'Seinfeld' veteran will appear on the fifth episode of 'Harry's Law' Season 2.

According to TV Guide, Alexander will play Richard, a public school teacher who's suspended after he fails a student. The reason the character handed out an F? The student, Zack, called Darwinism "a crock."

Kathy Bates' Harriet Korn takes the case to court.

Alexander recently made a guest appearance on TNT's 'Franklin & Bash.'

'Harry's Law' premieres Sept. 21 at 9PM on NBC.

Suze Orman must've made a good impression while filming 'Ask Oprah's All Stars,' because the financial guru has just gotten her own show on the Oprah Winfrey Network.

Tentatively titled 'Money Class,' Orman will help families, couples and individuals set finance goals and task them with challeges to help them learn how to manage their money responsibly.

The new show will debut in the fall of 2011, but you can catch Orman on 'All Stars' Jan. 9, 16 and 23, and on the third episode of 'Your OWN Show,' airing Jan. 21 at 9PM ET.

• TLC has picked up 'Extreme Couponing' for a full season. More than 2 million viewers tuned into the December special, which followed money-saving experts who take advantage of coupons -- one spent less than $3 for more than $600 worth of goods. [Entertainment Weekly]

• 'Torchwood' has landed a pair of actresses for its new season. Former 'All My Children' star Alexa Havins will be a new series regular, while 'Dollhouse' actress Dichen Lachman will guest star in the premiere. [TVLine]

Forget those Jenny Craig commercials -- Jason Alexander is getting ready to return to TV with a new series.

The 'Seinfeld' veteran is developing an hourlong series about a private investigator at CBS that would see him executive producing and starring. Hm, guess 'The Michael Richards Show' didn't teach 'Seinfeld' alumni to stay away from detective work.

According to Variety, the project would star Alexander as a former TV star who joins his ex-wife's detective agency. It's with the detective agency where the character discovers a knack for undercover and disguise work.

The Norwegian TV station TV2 must have a GIGANTIC promotional budget, because there's no other explanation for how they managed to gather so many random famous people to lip sync a cover of The Beatles' 'Let It Be' to promote their 'Golden Times' program.

We're not actually sure what 'Golden Times' is, but somehow such luminaries as Glenn Close, Jason Alexander, Ricki Lake, Dolph Lundgren, Tonya Harding, Malcolm Jamal Warner, Roger Moore, Huey Lewis, George Wendt, Steve Guttenberg, one half of Milli Vanilli and SO MANY MORE PEOPLE got paid to shill for it. They even tracked down the little boy who played a young Forrest Gump.

Therapy is a valuable resource. It can unravel deep-seated psychological problems; it can even be used to broaden the mind. Unless you use it to hypnotize your wife every year for 20 years, that is. Which is the slight minor issue that comes up on tonight's 'American Dad' (Sun., 9:30PM ET on Fox).

If you've been wondering why Stan and Francine Smith have such a trouble-free marriage -- well, look no further. (Okay, not that they exactly have a trouble-free marriage. But considering that Stan is a sexist occasional psychopath -- it's fairly trouble-free.)

It turns out that Mr. Smith has been taking his wife to a shrink for two decades. He provides their therapist Sal (voiced by Jason Alexander) -- with a list of things for her to love and a list of things to forget. Seems like a foolproof plan!

'Seinfeld' star Jason Alexander, who signed on as a spokesman for Jenny Craig in January, has lost a total of 30 pounds on the weight loss program. His motivation for doing so was to improve his health and live longer for his children, he said on the fourth hour of 'Today' (weekdays, 7AM ET on NBC).

One hundred and fifty episodes is an impressive achievement, but it's particularly gratifying for Seth MacFarlane's 'Family Guy.' Once canceled by FOX, and revived due to fan response to DVD sales and airings on cable, MacFarlane is now the king of FOX Sunday nights. So how did he choose to celebrate his perseverance?

'Family Guy' is known for elaborate musical numbers, innumerable cutaway gags, and sheer nonsense sequences like a giant chicken fight that lasts for minutes and minutes. Quite literally, anything was a possibility, so what a surprise that MacFarlane chose to have two of the show's most popular characters have a conversation. And that's it.

The tail end of the hour-long episode was a clip compilation of some of those musical numbers. But the bulk of the episode had Stewie and Brian, locked in a bank vault for two days, just talking to one another. No cutaways, no broad humor, though I won't say there wasn't toilet humor.

Flash forward to 2011 and you'll probably see that 'FlashForward' isn't on ABC's schedule. That's the only thing that one can think after last night's episode. The show returned after several months off the air and was greeted by a huge yawn from viewers. It got the lowest ratings yet, down 10% from the last episode that aired.

In happier news (well, for NBC, not ABC), 'The Marriage Ref' is actually getting better ratings-wise. It was up 8%. I watched last night's episode with Jason Alexander, Martha Stewart, and Cedric The Entertainer and I didn't hate it. I see now what they're going for, and it's entertaining to a point (depending on the celebs they get and the marriage problems presented). It just doesn't seem like a show I can watch every week, and I bet a lot of viewers have that feeling.

Jason Alexander was just announced as the new Jenny Craig spokesperson, which is a pretty far cry from his old KFC-touting gig.

Do we want to see Alexander in a bikini? Hell, naw. But if there's any way his new attitude can help reverse the trend of fat guys starring in sitcoms (often with svelte, gorgeous wives -- seriously, what's up with that?), then we're all for it.

Of course, it's not as though those chubsters never tried to shed the pounds ... some more enthusiastically than others. Because you know what's more hilarious than a funny fat guy? A funny fat guy as he pathetically attempts to lose weight. Here's hoping Alexander has more success than these guys did.

Nobody can accuse Jason Alexander of not being honest about himself. The actor has not been happy with the way he's been looking of late and he's going to do something about it. Jason Alexander is the new spokesman for Jenny Craig. Not only is it "no soup for you," Jason, it's also no more big salad, too. (Unless the size of Jenny Craig meals have been supersized and nobody told me about it!)

Jason is the latest Jenny Craig celebrity pitcher, joining Sara Rue and Valerie Bertinelli. I can't wait to see Jason in a Speedo like Valerie in the bikini! No, seriously, Jason's goal with the diet is clearly all about shrinkage. He wants his old waistline, the one that made George Costanza such a catch.

It wouldn't be a new season of 'Curb Your Enthusiasm' without Larry David doing something with a self-serving purpose.

After running into Cheryl and discovering that she liked things better when Larry had a job, Larry becomes enthusiastic about a 'Seinfeld' reunion, though he has a hard time convincing Jerry of his change of heart.

When the reunion gets picked up, Larry comes up with another one of his wacky schemes -- this time, to cast Cheryl as Amanda, George Costanza's ex-wife. This weaves in the running gag that barely any of that cast, especially Jason, realize: that George is based on Larry. Luckily for Larry, the scheme doesn't blow up in his face like it usually does.

Someone at Funnyordie.com has compiled all of Cosmo Kramer's entrances from all 174 episodes of Seinfeld into one viral video. I've tried counting them and got three different totals on three different tries. See if you can count the number of entrances. As an added challenge, the only rule I made for myself is that they must include the actual Kramer played by Michael Richards coming through the door, not the guy playing Kramer on Jerry's show-within-a-show, Jerry. I also counted scenes where someone is opening the door for Kramer but not the final scene were Kramer is running out the door.

I gave up during the fourth try since my eyes completely melted out of their sockets, a sign that I should really stop doing something. The same thing happened when I tried to do a review of Michael Strahan's Brothers.

It's me, the Fill-In Girl! And thank you so much, Jonathan, for leaving me with the mammoth responsibility of writing a thoughtful review about the Seinfeld reunion on Curb Your Enthusiasm. I'll do my best.

First of all, it was really great to see the gang back together again. It's like they've never been apart, and the whole scenario of a behind-the-scenes look at a table read of a Seinfeld reunion show put together by Larry David and Jerry Seinfeld was pretty brilliant.

And yet, it fit right in with Curb, bringing in elements like Cheryl being Larry's real wife and are they together or not, and is she a real actress or not...

I'm starting to wonder if TV and movie stars playing poker is more than just an interesting trend. Maybe it's a requirement.

Jason Alexander recently popped up on my TV, not in a Seinfeld rerun or his recent appearance on Curb Your Enthusiasm but in the most recent World Series of Poker. And it didn't look as though he was there playing with his own money. He appeared to have his own sponsor and everything.

Here is ESPN's coverage of Alexander's elimination from the tournament. Watch for the fan at the end who accidentally calls him George. It's cringe-tastic.

Larry David a selfish man? Nooooo. How could someone who's never given, nor has any idea how to give, someone the benefit of the doubt be a selfish guy? Wait - don't answer that. Instead ponder this: the moment we've all been waiting for - the Seinfeld reunion - has finally arrived, and we almost didn't get it because for a brief minute, it hinged on what Larry found more enjoyable, a potential funeral or a potential marriage. Selfish? How about sick.
