Alex O'Loughlin on Dealing With Fame (VIDEO)
On 'The Early Show' (weekdays, 7AM ET on CBS), anchor Maggie Rodriguez reminds actor Alex O'Loughlin, who stars with Jennifer Lopez in 'The Back-up Plan,' of an old quote in which he said he's afraid of losing his anonymity due to fame."It is true. I think that a lot of actors are private people. I think a lot of actors really, you know, don't live the life that the rest of the world thinks we would live," O'Loughlin said, adding that he "might have to move to Hawaii' in order to deal with his increasing fame.

'How I Met Your Mother' - 'Of Course' Recap
(S05E17) Let's see ... this week, we got Ted in the future telling his kids the story that Barney told a police officer after he'd been pulled out of the Hudson River. So did we get Barney's version of events, or the version Ted might remember from his own role?I'm going with this being Barney's version of events, because it's the only way I can justify the way in which Ted described to Barney the "super-date." All in all, there were several moments that made me smile, but I wasn't laughing as hard as I usually do during an episode of 'How I Met Your Mother.'
However, I'll forgive the episode that because it did entertain me and more importantly-- it gave us all some much needed closure!
Barney Turns Down Jennifer Lopez on 'How I Met Your Mother' (VIDEO)
It's gotta be tough turning down Jennifer Lopez, a.k.a. Anita on 'How I Met Your Mother' (Mon., 8PM ET on CBS). Especially if you're Barney. But even when she lured him in with the promise of getting lucky -- forget about the twelfth date; she'll do it right now – he stuck to his guns.
And is it just us, or is J-Lo everywhere lately? Talk about a workaholic, and the mom of two shows no signs of slowing down. 'The Back-Up Plan' arrives in theaters April 23.

'Saturday Night Live' - 'Jennifer Lopez' Recap

(S35E15) Someone at NBC or 'Saturday Night Live' sensed that you haven't thought about the music of Jennifer Lopez (no one calls her J. Lo anymore, right?) in about ten years, and in an effort to get "Waiting for Tonight" stuck in your head again, they brought her back. It was supposed to be some sort of double-whammy, a way for Lopez to promote her upcoming film, 'The Back-up Plan,' and her new album at the same time.
But then her label dropped her about a week ago and all ten people that were paying attention simultaneously tugged at their collars and went, "Ooh, awkward." These same people sat through her musical performances during this episode and, mid-cringe, mumbled, "Well, y'know. Bless her heart for trying."
Jennifer Lopez on 'Saturday Night Live': Clip Highlights (VIDEO)
Jennifer Lopez hosted 'Saturday Night Live' this week, and the bits ranged from the Telemundo Winter Olympics to an office romance to 'Undercover Celebrity Boss.' Gov. David Paterson stopped by Weekend Update to talk about his options for the future, and Bobby was soooo excited about some new YouTube clips.

Zach Galifianakis, Jennifer Lopez to Host 'Saturday Night Live'
'Saturday Night Live' appears to be on the right track.Following last week's hilarious episode, hosted by Sergio -- er, 'Mad Men''s Jon Hamm, the show has recruited funnyman Zach Galifianakis to host on March 6.
The news first broke on Galifianakis' Twitter a just a few hours ago. No word yet on the musical guest.
The gig will kick off a busy year for the 'Hangover' star, who has a number of films slated for release, including 'It's Kind of a Funny Story' and 'Due Date,' for which he will re-team with director Todd Phillips.

Jennifer Lopez meets Barney on How I Met Your Mother
I could get used to this daily dose of good news from How I Met Your Mother. First, Bays and Thomas get a new deal, then Mother gets an early renewal for next season, and now Jennifer Lopez is going to guest on How I Met Your Mother. That's right, JLo will be hanging with the crew, and in a move that I heartily support, she will not play herself. Jennifer has been cast as Anita Appleby, a self-help author who knows all about male-female relationships.
When Robin meets Anita and tell her all about Barney Stinson, master of the universe and womanizer extraordinaire, Anita decides that she will break him of his nasty ways with women.
Jennifer Lopez to Guest on 'How I Met Your Mother'
It's been a good week for 'How I Met Your Mother.' First, CBS renewed the Emmy winning series for a sixth season, then picked up a new pilot from creators Carter Bays and Craig Thomas. Now, the Live Feed is reporting that superstar Jennifer Lopez will guest on an upcoming episode, airing this March. In it, J-Lo will play self-help author Anita Appleby who makes it her mission to fix Barney's womanizing ways. Her M.O., we learn, is to "teach women how to train men into relationship machines through the power of denial."
Lopez's guest stint will fall under the same month as another music maven: Carrie Underwood, who will play Tiffany, a pharmaceutical sales rep and love interest of Ted's, in a separate episode.

Ryan Seacrest on 'New Year's Rockin' Eve,' Dick Clark and 'American Idol'
As the click ticks down to 2010, many of us look forward to watching that famous ball drop in Times Square. While hundreds of thousands will gather in New York City to see the event first-hand, most of us will be home in our comfy pajamas watching from our living rooms. 'Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2010' begins at 10 PM ET on ABC and runs through 2:05 AM. The just-married 'Good Morning America' special correspondent Melissa Rycroft will be chatting with revelers in Times Square, while pop star Fergie will host segments from Las Vegas' new venue, Aria at City Center.
J-Lo Explains Fall at AMAs, Takes Another Spill on 'Ellen' (VIDEO)
On 'The Ellen DeGeneres Show,' Jennifer Lopez explained the cause of her fall while performing the song 'Louboutins' at the 2009 American Music Awards on Nov. 22. During the song, Lopez jumped off the back of one of her dancers and landed none too gracefully when her feet slipped out from under her."What happened was ... one of the dancer's backs was slippery, and when I stepped on their backs, my feet were wet, and so when I landed, they slipped from under me," Lopez said on 'Ellen.'

ABC's 'American Music Awards' Attracts 14.2 Million Viewers
Adam Lambert may have offended viewers, and Jennifer Lopez may have fallen on her derriere. But ABC's broadcast of the 'American Music Awards' ended on a high note.According to the Live Feed, the broadcast attracted a strong 14.2 million viewers and a 5.5 share in the coveted 18-49 demo.
ABC stated that the 'AMA's enjoyed its third straight year of total viewer gains and fourth straight year of viewership gains among young adults. If the final numbers prove true, that will mean the 2009 'AMA's rank as the year's third highest-rated awards show, behind the Academy Awards and the Grammys. It also marks the show's biggest tune-in since 2002.
