Jill and Bethenny Hug and Make Up on 'Real Housewives' (VIDEO)
by Oliver Miller, posted Jun 18th 2010 2:50AM
Well! After all the fussing, feuding and fighting, the 'Real Housewives' season ends here. And it ends with two women who seem to hate each other deciding to hug and make nice. This is the last installment of 'The Real Housewives of New York' reunion special (Thu., 9PM ET on Bravo). Naturally, some weirdness happened. In fact, the show was so odd that it forced us to ask a bunch of important philosophical questions. Like, was what we saw before all a mirage? And what is reality, anyway?
Previously, Jill and Bethenny got into such a big fight that Jill stormed out of the room. This was followed by another Bethenny-related fight where Kelly stormed out of the room. But now, apparently, it's all good. The women suddenly decide to make up, while hanging out in their strange pink couch-filled reunion room.
Jill and Beth "hug it out," and Jill says this: "I really miss you ... it's not bullsh#t." Um, say what now? Have we been watching the same show? Don't you guys hate each other?

Who will act insane this time around?

Jill Fights with Ramona over Bethenny on 'Real Housewives of NYC' (VIDEO)
by Aimee Deeken, posted May 7th 2010 8:16AM
Ramona Singer had some sad news for the women on 'The Real Housewives of New York City' (Thu., 10PM ET on BRVO). But instead of a sobering response, Jill Zarin launched into yet another fight with a castmate. Ramona said, "Actually, guys, I got a really upsetting email that I just read now. Bethenny [Frankel]'s father passed away at 2AM last night." Instead of reacting to that news with sympathy and sadness, Jill got upset that she wasn't told, because "you know how long I've been friends with her."
Ramona said that if Bethenny "wanted you to know she would have told you." Makes sense. Especially since any amicable relationship between Bethenny and Jill officially ended a few episodes back.

Any bond between Bethenny Frankel and Jill Zarin is "over, there's nothing left," said Frankel on last night's 'The Real Housewives of New York City' (Thu., 10PM ET on BRAVO). Upon hearing of Frankel's engagement, Zarin tried to wish her well, but she played the Ice Queen card.Watch the video after the jump.

A new cast member has arrived on 'The Real Housewives of New York City' (Thu., 10PM ET on Bravo). Divorcee Sonja Morgan has joined the show, and apparently she's a fan of sex, shopping and plastic surgery. (This is according to the description of her on the show's official website). Wow. A 'Real Housewife' likes sex, shopping and surgery. What an unexpected surprise.Watch the video after the jump.
Jill Zarin Talks About Being the Villain on 'Real Housewives of NYC'
by Chris Jordan, posted Apr 15th 2010 12:00PM
Jill Zarin has a "hobby'' after all.Zarin, one of Bravo's 'The Real Housewives of New York City,' has just co-authored a book with her mom and sister called 'Secrets of a Jewish Mother.' Zarin takes solace from the words in 'Secrets' because she needs it at this point in her life -- she's become Public Enemy No. 1 on 'Housewives' thanks to her feud with fellow cast member and former BFF Bethenny Frankel.
Frankel famously said that Zarin needed a "hobby" during a Zarin-Frankel fight; well, now here's 'Secrets.'
There's been a lot of brush-ups on season 3 of 'Housewives' and Zarin spoke to AOL TV about the higher level of agitation on the show this year, her new life as the show's bad guy and the importance of holding an apple.
Bethenny and Jill Fight on 'Real Housewives of NYC' (VIDEO)

Bethenny fighting with her friends? Shocking. Apparently she and Jill were best friends who used to talk "five times a day." On last night's 'Real Housewives of New York City' (Thu., 10PM ET on BRAVO) the two argued -- over the phone -- about what ended their friendship. "I will never forget what you said to me: 'You need to get a hobby'," says Jill. "Well guess what? My hobby was my husband got cancer... and the people who love me called my husband directly."
"I sent flowers," responds Bethenny. "I didn't realize your husband was that ill." Check out Jill's response.

'The Real Housewives of New York City' Return for Season 3
by Audrey Fine, posted Mar 5th 2010 9:45AM
"Ramona's way too freaking old to be wearing a bikini," declares Jill Zarin, rolling her eyes. (Truer words have never been uttered.) And so begins season three of 'The Real Housewives of New York City.'The relatively uneventful (you might even say disappointing) premiere opened on a yacht Ramona had borrowed from a friend for a day of "girls only" fun. In true 'Housewives' fashion, the event quickly evolved into an emotional roller coaster as Ramona, who, after likening her newly shorn self to a "younger Cameron Diaz," laughed, cried, yelled and pouted while the boat putted along some Hamptons' waterway.
Noticeably absent was Bethenny, who, after a major falling out with Jill over what seems to be nothing more than a misunderstanding, was busy posing naked on a Manhattan rooftop for an "I'd rather go naked than wear fur" PETA ad. "I was BFFs with Bethenny" fumed Jill "but she didn't deserve me as a friend."
Hallelujah, The Real Housewives of New York are all coming back!
by Allison Waldman, posted Sep 18th 2009 9:03AM

You can breath a sigh of relief now. Each and every one of The Real Housewives of New York City are coming back for Season 3. There, don't you feel better? After speculation that Bethenny was going off to do her own show and a rumor that Kelly wasn't invited back, Bravo has wrangled Jill Zarin, Ramona Singer, Alex McCord, Kelly Killoren Bensimon and Countess LuAnn de Lesseps for another installment of the Real Housewives.
Bethenny Frankel does killer impressions (and not just of Jill Zarin)
by Eliot Glazer, posted Apr 17th 2009 9:05AM
The ladies of The Real Housewives of New York City are, needless to say, a colorful bunch. The Bravo franchise seems to have hit its stride, with each cast of Housewives providing their own flavor. But in comparison to Orange County and Atlanta, the ladies of New York seem especially weird. Perhaps it's apropos to their all living in a city with crazy people at every corner, but whatever the case may be, these gals are bonkers. Sure, the show may just be a well-delivered product of sneaky producers and menacing editors, but somebody's doing something right in bringing out the bizarre nuances of Jill, LuAnn, Alex, Ramona, and Bethenny - although she, of the whipsmart one-liners and catchphrases, seems to be the crowd favorite (judging by ... conversations I've had with people).
Real Housewives star launches healthy treats business

She doesn't exactly come off as a Martha Stewart-esque homemaker on the show but Bethenny Frankel really knows her way around the kitchen. The star of Bravo's Real Housewives of New York City has launched her own line of baked goods. The NYC cougar is bringing us vegan cupcakes and other healthy desserts. The line is called Bethenny Bakes and she launched her new company at the Bridge Market Food Emporium in Manhattan on Sunday. Some of the products include lemon cupcakes, banana oatmeal chocolate chip cookies, fudge chocolate chip muffins, and blueberry muffins. There is no word on whether or not these will be in stores outside of New York. I wonder if these treats actually taste good. More importantly, I wonder if Bethenny's boyfriend will help her run the business. He lost his Wall Street job as an executive at Patriarch Partners, LLC because he appeared on the show.
