In the season finale of 'The Spin Crowd' (Sun., 10:30PM ET on E!), Simon Huck demands that Command PR honcho Jonathan Cheban treat him as an equal. "In order for that to happen, I need to be 50/50 with you." Is Jonathan willing to make Simon a partner at the agency?

He says he'll think about it, but he doesn't seem enthused. Simon starts choking up, saying, "There's no way that I can continue staying here ... I'm not gonna work here anymore." He quickly packs up, says some tearful goodbyes to the underlings and walks out.

A mopey Jonathan leaves the office, too. When he returns, he's all smiles -- and with Simon in tow. "I'd like to introduce you to the newest partner of Command PR: Simon Huck!" Cheers and hugs. Oh, whatever. Totally staged.

Jonathan Cheban & co. have been assigned the somehow daunting tasks of being punctual and supplying Shannen Doherty with a pair of over-sized scissors with which to cut the red ribbon at a store opening. On 'The Spin Crowd' (Sun., 10:30PM ET on E!), the Command PR co-honcho waits for the scissors to arrive and pushes her into a coffee shop next door, attempting to distract her with some dessert.

Cheban says Doherty is "giving me the death glare of all death glares. She is scaring me." The visibly annoyed actress tells him, "You should've called me. I would've brought scissors from my house." Finally, the giant fake scissors arrive -- and "fake" is the appropriate word. They can't cut. Good job.

'The Spin Crowd' (Mon., 10:30PM ET on E!) is a reality series that takes a look at the behind-the-scenes world of celebrity public relations. How do you make someone into a star in Hollywood? As we learn from tonight's episode, the process is fairly messy -- and filled with profanity.

The Command PR group is hired to turn a girl named "Jennifer" into the next big thing. Jennifer is the girlfriend of a billionaire who wants her to be famous. But the billionaire doesn't quite trust Command PR to do the job on their own, so he forces them to work with a rival firm -- Duet PR. Merging the two groups doesn't go very well, to put things mildly.

What is new-hire Erika's first assignment at the Command PR agency on 'The Spin Crowd' (Sun., 10:30PM ET on E!)? Get yourself some bigger lips. But she settles on temporary lip fillers to see whether she likes the result enough for the permanent look.

Back at the office, co-honcho Jonathan Cheban explains his actions saying, "I merely said it would be great, [and] I want you to look like one of the [Hollywood] girls ... I made the appointment and paid for it. But I didn't push her to go."

When she tells him she didn't get the real thing, he goes ballistic.
