JWoww Denies She's Had Plastic Surgery on Her Face (VIDEO)

by Alex Moaba, posted Dec 8th 2011 3:05PM
After a way-too-short two month hiatus, 'Jersey Shore' returns for a new season on January 5 that will feature the gang of guidos back on their home turf. Jenni "JWoww" Farley stopped by 'The Wendy Williams Show' (weekdays, syndicated on Fox) but instead of previewing any upcoming Seaside shenanigans, the ladies compared notes on their breast implants, and JWoww pushed back against rumors that she's had plastic surgery on her face.

Wendy started out the interview by marveling at JWoww's prodigious figure, and JWoww returned the favor right back. "I want those!" JWoww told her, pointing at Wendy's boobs. "I got mine done too," Wendy replied.

'Beavis and Butt-Head' Lampoon JWoww of 'Jersey Shore' Making Pizza (VIDEO)

'Beavis & Butt'-head' - 'Werewolves of Highland; Crying'There is nobody more suited to poke fun at some of the programming on MTV than 'Beavis and Butt-Head' (Thu., 10PM ET on MTV). Thank goodness the show returned after far too many years off the air.

While they still seemed to be able to find music videos to skewer -- we laughed, and agreed, with their assessment of MGMT's 'Kids' video -- they also found themselves having to comment on reality fare like 'Jersey Shore.'

Unfortunately for them, they picked an episode without fighting or sex, as they noted, but rather featuring the cast learning how to make pizza.

'Jersey Shore' Recast Looming After Season 5: Report

by PopEater Staff, posted Jun 24th 2011 9:35AM
Jersey ShoreA 'Jersey Shore' without Snooki and the gang? Say it ain't so!

According to reports, MTV plans to recast the now infamous reality show after the original crew films one final season in Seaside Heights this summer.

"After this group comes back from Italy and shoots season 5 this summer, that will be the end for them," a source tells Us Weekly.

The insider goes on to cite the cast's high salaries and outside commitments as reasons to move on with a new group -- not to mention the publicity and paparazzi constantly surrounding them. The new cast will be "a lot cheaper," but that the current stars "will leave on a high note."

The Situation Gets Development Deal at MTV

by Jean Bentley, posted May 4th 2011 11:15AM
The Situation, Jersey ShoreAfter 'Jersey Shore' stars Snooki, JWoww and Pauly D got their own MTV shows, you knew a Situation spinoff would be next. Today, The Hollywood Reporter confirmed that a Sitch series is in the works.

Don't pretend you're not excited.

While there aren't actually any details about what, exactly, Mike Sorrentino's show will be about (though we can probably assume there won't be any dancing involved), THR reports that the Macaroni Rascal will film a pilot presentation later this year to submit to the network for series consideration.

When AOL TV spoke with 'Jersey Shore' creator SallyAnn Salsano a few weeks ago, she told us the gang would head over to Italy to shoot the latest season of 'Jersey Shore' any day now.

'Jersey Shore' Stars Get Six-Figure Raise

by PopEater Staff, posted Apr 11th 2011 10:20AM
Jersey ShoreReady to wrap your head around this? The stars of MTV's 'Jersey Shore' just got a huge pay raise. The "core group" of the eight-member cast will reportedly receive at least $100,000 per episode for season 4, according to Entertainment Weekly.

Yes, you read that right -- $100,000 per episode. And, in case you were wondering, each season of the hit show is about 13 episodes.

Nicole 'Snooki' Polizzi, Jenni 'J-Woww' Farley, Mike 'The Situation' Sorrentino and Paul 'Pauly D' Delvecchio were reportedly holding up contract negotiations for the next season, which led to a delay in their scheduled Italian trip. The group was reportedly asking for more money, and now they have it in the form of a six-figure paycheck per episode.

This isn't the first time members of the 'Jersey Shore' have asked for more money to film the show. Last summer, the cast went on strike in order to rake in more cash.

The Pauly D and Snooki/J-Woww 'Jersey Shore' Spin-Offs Are a Go

by Jean Bentley, posted Apr 7th 2011 5:00PM
Snooki, JWoww, DJ Pauly DIt was inevitable that the 'Jersey Shore' starts would end up with their own MTV shows, right?

Not only is their highly rated reality series constantly playing on the network, the Macaroni Rascals also show up in various commercials (cashews, Miracle Whip, Xenadrine) and pop culture events (the roast of Donald Trump, Wrestlemania). Now, three of the party-loving reality stars will have shows of their own.

MTV announced today that it has ordered full, 12-episode seasons of two different 'Jersey Shore' spin-offs, one from DJ Pauly D and one from Snooki (aka Nicole Polizzi) and J-Woww (aka Jenni Farley).

"The 'Jersey Shore' cast is at the center of the show's ongoing success, and Nicole, Pauly D and Jenni have become household names as a result of their unique, sometimes outrageous and often hilarious personalities," said MTV exec Chris Linn in a statement. "We're excited to put the spotlight on their lives away from the shore as they pursue their individual passions, careers and relationships. Both series are fun, fresh ways for us to evolve what is an already successful brand for us."

"I would like to [pose]. I got an offer, but because of the 'Jersey Shore' and our fan base ... There's like 8, 9, 10-year-old fans for the 'Jersey Shore.' And I don't want them to see me in that light yet."

George Lopez clarified: "If the 'Jersey Shore' got cancelled, you would pose for 'Playboy'?" She replied, "Probably ... later." So, she's just waiting for her elementary-school fan base to go through puberty. How considerate.

JWoww Thinks 'Jersey Shore' Will End Next Year, Nation Mourns

JWoww, Jenni Farley, Jersey ShoreMaybe the Mayans were onto something.

In a recent interview with E! Online, new author Jenni 'JWoww' Farley said she thinks 'Jersey Shore' will end after next season. With the way MTV schedules its shows, you know what that means? The final episodes will likely air in 2012. The apocalypse really is nigh!

After the cast travels to Italy to shoot season 4 (or 3, depending on whom you're talking to), they'll travel back to Seaside Heights for a few weeks and wrap filming there.

"If it ends, it has to end at the Jersey Shore," JWoww told E!. "I think we would have done it all by then. What else could we do? ... I just feel like after Italy and going back to Jersey one more time we probably accomplished it all."

JWoww of 'Jersey Shore's New Year's Outfit Was Censored by MTV ... Sort of ... Maybe? ... It Was Heavy (VIDEO)

by Jason Hughes, posted Feb 17th 2011 3:07AM
Jenni MTV has some odd requirements when it comes to what airs on television. Ironically, considering they air 'Jersey Shore', they apparently took issue with an outfit Jenni "JWoww" Farley wanted to wear at their New Year's Eve bash. Jay Leno showed both outfits on 'The Tonight Show' (Weeknights, 11:35PM ET on NBC).

Oddly, though, the outfit that was approved involved her wearing pasties as coverage up-top. Granted, they also added a blazer, but who thought she was going to keep that closed?

What we don't get is that, according to Farley, the outfit she initially wore was ultimately rejected. It was more of a bra top and a short skirt, but it still provided more coverage in certain areas.

'Glee' Valentine's Day Songs Revealed, Piers Morgan's Ratings Slip and More

by Jean Bentley, posted Jan 21st 2011 11:30AM
GleeThings are about to get romantic on 'Glee.'

TV Guide released the track list for the show's upcoming Valentine's Day episode, and the McKinley High gang will sing four very unconventional love songs.

Recently dumped Rachel will put her spin on Katy Perry's 'Firework,' while we're assuming Artie will seranade Brittany when he sings Michael Jackson's 'P.Y.T. (Pretty Young Thing).' Tina will go traditional with 'My Funny Valentine,' while we think Puck's rendition of Queen's 'Fat Bottomed Girls' will have something to do with his rumored new love, Ashley.

The Dalton Academy boys will get in on the action too when Blaine sings Robin Thicke's 'When I Get You Alone' and the Warblers cover Paul McCartney's 'Silly Love Songs.' Noticably absent from the track list: Quinn and Sam. Trouble in paradise?

In other TV news ...

Roger Ebert will wear a prosthetic chin during his new PBS show, which premieres tonight. The film critic's jaw was removed in 2006 during a battle with cancer. "It will be used in a medium shot of me working in my office, and will be a pleasant reminder of the person I was for 64 years. Symbolically, it's as if my illness never happened and, hey, here I still am, on the show with these new kids," Ebert wrote in his blog. [The Hollywood Reporter]

NBC's new vocal competition show, 'The Voice,' has signed a deal with Universal Music Group. The company will have worldwide rights to the U.S. show along with other versions around the world. 'The Voice' is based on 'The Voice of Holland.' [Guardian]

JWoww's got an artistic side. A site full of the former art student's drawings and paintings was uncovered recently, and it's worth a few minutes if you're a 'Jersey Shore' devotee. [Gawker]

'Jersey Shore': Vinny, Pauly D 'Interview' Snooki's Poof, JWoww's Boobs (VIDEO)

Interviewing JWoww's Chest on 'Jersey Shore'After being arrested (for 25 minutes), Snooki returned to the 'Jersey Shore' (Thu., 10PM ET on MTV) house in need of some cheering up. Pauly D and Vinny got out their Flip cameras and proceeded to conduct "interviews" -- Pauly D speaking on behalf of inanimate (but well known) objects.

Vinny pointed his camera to Snooki's infamous poof, asking, "What happened? Like, I saw you all the time last summer." Pauly D answered, "I feel neglected." Their attention soon turned to Jenni's breasts: "We're here with the famous famous JWoww boobs," began Vinny. Pauly D replied, "I just wanta first point out that, um, I never really was small. I'm just now huge." Jenni then tackled Vinny, smothering him with her chest. "He's gonna suffocate!" yelled Snooki, apparently feeling a little better.

Joy Behar Responds To Snooki's YouTube Slam on 'The View' (VIDEO)

by Nick Zaino, posted Jan 12th 2011 5:00PM
Joy Behar responds to Snooki's video on 'The View'Joy Behar has never hidden her disdain for the 'Jersey Shore' and its cast, objecting to its depiction of Italian Americans and hedonistic silliness. Earlier this week, a video of Snooki and JWoww making fun of Behar made the rounds on YouTube.

In the video, Snooki debuted a mediocre impression of Behar, saying, "I own everything in the world" and explaining Behar's dislike of the 'Jersey Shore' cast by saying, "These people ruined my life in high school, and that is why I love to talk [trash] about them."

Today on 'The View' (Weekdays, Syndicated on ABC), Behar responded to the video and threw a few zingers of her own. "I didn't know that they allowed cameras into AA meetings," she said, drawing big laughs from her co-hosts and the studio audience. Joy then said she was surprised that she was a big enough celebrity for Snooki and company to take on. Which might be overestimating Snooki's standards for taking things on.
