Kate Walsh's 'Private Practice' character Addison Montgomery wants to get pregnant. The only trouble is, her on-screen boyfriend Sam Bennett, played by Taye Diggs, isn't quite on the same page. Addison goes to Jake Riley, a fertility doctor played by Benjamin Bratt, for "help getting pregnant," but we hear the lines in their patient/doctor relationship start to get blurred.

Walsh went on 'Access Hollywood Live' (weekdays, syndicated on NBC) to talk about the new developments, but remained cagey about the looming love triangle. "We want that to happen for your character ... he offered you a baby," Kit Hoover said. "Well, he is an IVF specialist ... how convenient for us," Walsh said.
