'Burn Notice' - 'Partners In Crime' Recap
by Allison Waldman, posted Feb 12th 2010 1:38AM

(S03E13) 'Burn Notice' is generally more serious dealing with spy business than a show like 'Chuck', which is more playful. There's more blood on 'Burn Notice,' and the killing is not done to popular music. Both shows are fun, but for a tougher brand of espionage, 'Burn Notice' is the way to go.
This was one of the better 'Burn Notice' episodes because it put Michael somewhere he hasn't been in a while -- a very vulnerable position. And Larry was back. You remember Larry, played with menacing lunacy by Tim Matheson? More on Larry, the Colombian cartel, Jack Fleetwood and -- oh yeah -- Michael's brother, too, after the jump.
Telly vs. the doll

Bored on this lazy Sunday? Of course you are, so why not click here to watch the classic Twilight Zone episode "Living Doll" featuring the late Telly Savalas? In this episode, Savalas plays a man who isn't very nice to his wife or his step-daughter, and it seems his step-daughter's new doll doesn't care much for him, either. In fact, the doll is eeeeeeeeeeeevil. I mean, of course it is, this is the freakin' Twilight Zone. This episode was spoofed in the Simpsons' Treehouse of Horror segment "Clown Without Pity" in season four. I'm pretty sure the doll in this episode doesn't have a GOOD/EVIL switch on her back, though. That would have made things much easier.Veronica Mars: Plan B

After seeing tonights episode, I really think Darius and I are onto something with our theories about who's responsible for
the bus crash. However, now I'm wondering if the writers are throwing us a red herring with Beaver's curious reaction
(or lack of reaction) toward Mac. Is Beaver the one who's gay and not Dick, as Darius theorized? Beaver's real estate
dealings play a role in the Mayor's incorporation issues, so I could see him doing it just to make the Mayor's life
miserable. Maybe both Dick and Beaver are working together on something for once?PBS wonders: who would win in a shark vs. octopus fight?

Ever sat around with friends and tried to one one up each other with absurd combinations in an imaginary fight and guessing who would win it (like Superman versus Mecha Godzilla)? If so then this clip from PBS' Nature is for you: Shark vs Octopus.
I don't want to spoil it by saying more, but all I know is I'm not going to upset about never getting to go scuba diving ever again.
