by Anna Johns, posted Mar 29th 2006 10:32PM
Thank you, VH1!The music network will air all eight episodes of CBS' cancelled Love Monkey beginning next month. That's five episodes we haven't seen, since CBS prematurely pulled it from the schedule (damn you, CBS!).
The first three episodes of Love Monkey (the ones we've already seen) will air back-to-back starting at 7 pm (ET) on April 11. The remaining episodes air weekly on Tuesdays at 9 pm (ET).
Mid-season television preview

Now that 2005 is behind us, we can look forward to new and returning favorite shows all this month on television.
What will you be watching?South Beach (Wednesdays, UPN) Two hot, New York City working-class bachelors leave the big city behind to follow one of their girlfriends to South Beach, FL, only to discover that she has a new boyfriend. They get mixed up with the rich and famous in the club scene. After viewing a sneak preview on UPN's website, it looks like a guilty pleasure like The O.C., except with more sex and no high school. Jennifer Lopez is the executive producer and it co-stars Vanessa Williams as a club owner and mother to one of the main characters. South Beach premieres on Wednesday, Jan. 11 at 8 pm.
The Five: Shows I resolve to watch in 2006
by Anna Johns, posted Jan 1st 2006 11:20AM
There really isn't any hard and fast rule for the way that I came up with my list. There aren't a whole lot of new
shows coming out during the mid-season that I want to watch. I'm tired of law shows and there are way too many 'Single
in the City' sitcoms coming out (although I do include just one of them on my list). I may give Skating with Celebrities a chance out of morbid curiosity, but there's no way I'm
resolving to watch it. Here are the shows that I plan to watch faithfully in 2006:5. Veronica Mars If Joss Whedon says this is the "Best. Show. Ever." I believe him. I really missed the boat on this one and now that we're halfway through season two, I've got a lot of catching up to do. Most of that catching up with be done on DVD. And hopefully I can catch this season's reruns during the summer so I'll be ready for season three in the fall.
