The U.S. debut of popular British comedian Marc Wootton's 'La La Land' has been given its TV premiere date on Showtime: Monday, Jan. 25 at 11PM, following the third season premiere of 'Tracey Ullman: State of the Union.'

On the show, Wootton plays three different characters and attempts to prank unsuspecting real-life residents of L.A. in real situations. (Sounds kind of like 'The Jamie Kennedy Experiment' from across the Pond.) The six-episode run is penned by Wootton and 'Borat' scribe Peter Baynham, and is part of Showtime's current slate of strong original programming.
