LeAnn Rimes Plays an Angry, Vindictive Wife on 'Drop Dead Diva' (VIDEO)
by Jason Hughes, posted Jun 20th 2011 6:56AM
The new season of 'Drop Dead Diva' (Sun., 9PM ET on Lifetime) kicked off with Wendy Williams, Paula Abdul and LeAnn Rimes all dropping by for guest spots. Apparently, this light summer fluff series is just too much fun to resist.Rimes played against type as the angry wife of a celebrity accused of a hit-and-run accident. We're so used to her in sweet romantic comedy types of roles that it was a bit shocking to see her being so ... brutal.
It was a month before Rimes's character even came forward on behalf of her husband. She was his alibi for the night of the incident, but didn't come forward right away. "I'm angry at Tim," she admitted. "He embarrassed me in the press. Look, it might not have been the right thing to do, but I wanted to see him sweat."

by AOL TV Staff, posted Nov 3rd 2010 8:38PM
All's fair in love and war. A segment of Wednesday's 'The Talk' (weekdays, syndicated on CBS) revolved around LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian's affair, which ended both their marriages. After a clip of Rimes and Cibrian, Sharon Osbourne revealed that she has no regrets for stealing husband Ozzy from his wife and children because it turned out so well. It's a "tough situation since I did what she did but we've been together 30 years," Osbourne said. "I stole him and I'm happy I did .. it worked out good in the end. You can't point fingers at people in relationships like this cause you never know what's going on."
Gordon Ramsay's Cookalong was half fun, half terrible
by Bob Sassone, posted Dec 16th 2009 12:29PM
This was not what I was expecting.I don't think I've ever been as confused by a TV show while I was actually watching it. Maybe because Gordon Ramsay's Cookalong was live or maybe it was because Chef Gordon Ramsay had to move at such a frantic pace to get everything done in an hour.
Whatever the reason, I found myself hating the show at first, then kinda liking it, then hating, then liking it, then finding it a little stupid, and then kinda liking it. On a scale of 1 to 10, which 1 being "I hated it" and 10 being "I loved it," I'll give it a 5.
How's that for a politician-like decision?
